Well, I missed my march 1 goal of 205, but I'll take 7.4 lbs in one month. My goal for April 1 is Onderland. This is going ot be a tough month. More than a quarter of it will be spent on vacation, so I've got my work cut out for me.

Ed, WTG! that's the kind of drop I like to see.

Ooba - great month. Don't get frustrated if it doesn't continue to fall as fast. 300's here you come.

Pete - it might have been a slow month for you, but you're going in the right direction.

Wall - now that you've broken your stall, I'll bet you start dropping fast.

Ken - not much to say. You continue to show us what to do once we get there.

CTI - thanks for setting this up for March.

Hey Guys! Great job on the losses, and glad to see others sticking with it.
I have not weighed in yet, I will Monday. I feel pretty good about how things are going. Went on a long hike today. It was great.

Great weekend guys!

No prob guys on setting up the thread.

I made the trip home ok. I was delayed 3 hours in Fargo, and another two in Chicago, so it was pretty ruff. Finally got in last night about 1am, was awake for a total of 32 hours. Slept in all day today, and it finally stopped drizzeling, so I took the motorcycle out. So nice to get riding again. Plus my leathers fit again, barely, but they do.

Interview is on Monday and I fly back to ND on Wednesday. Wont get a chacne to weigh till then so Im awol in that department.

GL to everyone, and congrats on losers for for last month!

todunlop, you are kicking some butt my friend! You must look and feel like a new person.

Since I am new, I will post my stats.

Highest ever - 275 lbs
2/9/08 - 255 lbs (start)
3/1/08 - 236 lbs

I am setting a weekly goal of 232 or less. Another new goal is to weight train this month. Time to trade fat for muscle.

Stargrabber, thanks for stopping in and great job on the loses keep it up.

I must've got carried away with the salt yesterday. I was up a couple today. Damned salted almonds. Not to concerned stayed away from them today. I got a light workout on the treadmill along with a little ab work.

Randy WTG on the -4. Hows that knee coming along? You ready for a 5k run yet?

Ray be patient. It ain't a stall until you get to 4 weeks without a loss. Then you may need to disect things to see whats up.

Bad start to the week as the scale jumped a bit this morning. Other than skipping exercsie three times last week, I had a good week. Ate well and jogged Fri-Sun. I've had good losses for most of February, so a stagnant week is no surprise.

Good losses for Randy and Ooba this week.

Welcome to the Camp, Huff

Ray, keep workign at it and the losses will come. Every member of the camp is proof.

KP for Adam? I think not. More like a code red!
