I know we're soo bad! Ugghh that threw me off sooo bad, my sister insisted on cooking for Easter and having it my house and I just lost it

So we've got that OUT of our system!! Time to get back focused on what it is we have to do.

Summer is near and I've a little less than 2 months before summer session starts, so I've got to get it together. And to make matters worse I've registered for a speech class that I have to take so that makes it even more nerve wracking.

So my goal is to be AT LEAST 20 lbs lighter by the start of summer session on May 21st, I guess I should add to my siggy to remind me. I'd really like to surpass that and make it closer to 25 down by that time.

Come on girl lets do it

Sounds good to me. I'll do the same. I hope to be 180 by the time my new neice is born May17-24???
Heres a mini food bargain for ya. Not sure if you like Fastfixin chicken nuggets. I don't really but the kids do. If you go to fastfixin.com and click on coupons, sign up for whatever, (I always put fake email addy, phone, and name) you can print out 5 $1 off any fastfixin product. If you hit refresh or back you can print it out however many more times you want also, and at walmart DINOBITES (fastfixin product, 12 oz bag, has dinosaur on front) are 2 for $2=FREE
I personally don't care for them and they are 16 carbs for every 4, but the kids love them and you can microwave a whole bag in 3 minutes...lol. So I grabbed the only 7 bags they had. So even if you don't like I'm sure being in collage you know a ton of microwave eaters, or maybe family that has kids.
I have been so stressed. Our house note is fixed but we pay our insurance on the house along with the actual mortgage payment. So its all lumped together and we don't have a option to actually change insurance co.'s. And we just found out our insurance is going up $125!
It really sucks how they can just decide to go up, and we have no choice in the matter!
So needless to say Ive had alot of bread, chips and even a potatoe over this weekend.
Oddly though I braved it out and jumped on the scale this morning and I only weigh 205!

Wow Cassie, I had the worst case of Atkins Flu last night. Or at least thats what I hope it was. I did good yesterday other than the fact that I forgot to eat...lol.
I cooked a pot roast for dinner, with green beans. AND THATS ALL I ATE. But not purposely. I had a horrible headache after dinner that wouldn't go away and I was feeling sooo nasaus, and couldn't figure out why! I ended up running to the bathroom...uugghh. I still felt bad this morning, when it hit me "you dummy, you didn't eat anything but dinner, and then that came up, so of course your going to feel like shiznit!
So, I took advil, and ate 2 eggs and a peice of sausage, and a glass of water and I'm all good now
I didn't feel like this the other few hundred times I've done induction from scratch, but whooaaa I must have been really bad this week for it to be that bad yesterday!
I'm down to 204 though

Oh, and I've just decided my present to myself when I hit 190 is a new scale, one that reads all the other #s such as water, muscle AND fat...

So good to have ya back! I'm much better now, but I def has a serious meltdown!!!!!!!!! My poor bf bore the brunt of my anger though, you should've seen the looks I was giving him But I made it up to him lol. And all is right with the world again... For now.

I swear you are reading my mind!! In the midst of my meltdown I did have a bit of clarity, and we have GOT to get serious and get it together... No more mister nice guy!! We've got to hold oourselves accountable for our mistakes. If it's just once a while that's understandable but it seems to be more and more for me.... And all this stress doesn't help one bit. Soooooo we've got to make some changes...

Welcome back!! I missed ya it was lonely without ya

haha...I feel like that all the time too! I almost gave in as well. But kept myself busy all day cleaning out lil mans room, and taking down his baby bed. I can't believe he's about to be 2! So I let him sleep in his toddler bed today.
I also made it back to class finally( GED class that is) I have missed over a month. So I was busy busy Busy! And I actually didn't have one cheat, not even a crumb I tell ya!

I am going to try to give up drinking cold turkey too. I now realize that screws me up bad!

Can't wait to hear if you made it through the night, w/o eating those lovely noodles!

Hey girl! Good for you getting back into class and of being good ALL day!!!! Great job!! Keep it up!

I held out yesterday too, and I didn't have any of the speghetti it was very tempting but I held out!!! So yay for me too!!

Keeping busy does help a lot! It's when I get bored and am just sitting around doing nothing that I run into my problems, it was such a habit for me to just grab something when I was bored even though I wasn't that hungry.

Thats awesome that we realize what are triggers are, for me it's more boredom and alcohol triggers you a bit too. So now that we know we need to make steps to overcome them.

I used to drink A LOT all the time, and one day I just didn't want to anymore. I got sick and tired of waking up feeling like s@*t the next day and I would ALWAYS be ravenously hungry that next day and thirsty.

So, now I need to work on keeping busy! This summer that won't be a problem b/c I'll be working full time and going to school full time.

I was watching the FIT channel last night. I like to watch that channel to keep motivated esp in the evening which is my hardest time, and the guy said something like: eventhough you've made great progress so far, don't get comfortable and slack off now, because you still have a long way to go, you didn't gain it overnight and you're not going to lose it overnight.
So I basically took from that is that we can't lose our momentem even though we've may have lost 5 10 or 20 pounds so far we still have a ways to go.

That is soooo true. And I realize that but I seem to forget it all oh so quick.

I had a stupid theory of my own. It takes 9 months to gain weight and make yourself look horrible and its gonna take that long or even loose it and become fit again. Now If I would have kept that in my head after my first kid, and got back in shape after each of them I'd be better off today.

And also to me anyway, losing weight is like being pregnant. You tried so hard for it, work so hard at it, and just can't wait til that final day comes when their here, and you can see them. and thats the exact way I feel about losing weight. I can't wait for it even though I have months to go!

I woke up at 6:30 this morning (we normally get up at 7) and I felt great.
I just need to keep repeating my lil chant "you can do this, you can do this"

Then I'll be ok.

I also need a break, with my husband that is. Its why I drink and eat, its my ONLY outlet.

Sure I go here and there, but 99.9 % of the time I have kids with me, and me and hubby never go anywhere w/o the kids. So, our plans always consist of going out to eat. then on weekends having a few drinks after they are in bed. They are lovely kids but we need to feel like more than just zoo keepers over here...lol

We CAN DO THIS!! We HAVE to!!! I promised myself I will never give up on this because I will never be TRULY happy until I have lost this weight. Because it is always there in the back of my mind ALL day I'm so concience about it at all times. And I HATE IT!!!

Yea, it def is important for you and your hubby to spend some qt time together. Do you have family that could watch them for a weekend maybe once a month so you and your hubby can spend some needed time together?

I usually do that for my sister once every month so she can get a much needed break...

Its always on my mind too! ALWAYS! "Is she looking at my fat roll"

We have his family that rarely even watches them when we have to go somewhere important, and it has to be seriously important!!!

I've bribed my friend a few times here and there with money and the promise that I will put them to bed before she even gets here. But in a way that defeats the purpose a lil bit. Because usually after they go to bed its all good ya know....but I still am glad she has done that for me a couple times.

I was good today, but felt like a jackass! Kids wanted Wendy's so I decided I'd try the new spicy baconator. Well I don't like any kind of chipotle or pepper cheese, only moz, chedder or american. So I ask the girl can I get the new spicy baconator with regular cheese instead of the other two cheeses. Shoulda thought that one through before I ordered cause she says "Well, you can get the regular Baconator, and add jalapenos...lol

Broght that bad boy home and had it on oopsie bread and omg it was sooo good I couldn't even finish it! But, I'm a sucker for jalapenos too

I wanted to try to walk today but its pretty rainy outside. Maybe I'll do some striptease tonight..haha Can you believe my dvd burner broke, guess I had bad karma (hint hint).

I'm really good too! I have lost all weight I gained last week so I'm back to 204 as always. But still no cheating and No drinking! BUT, its the weekend. I'm going to stick it out though I promise.

I have had a Keto Headache all week. Which oddly enough I'm glad. Means something is going on!

I've been eating alot of grilled chicken breast though and brocoli (I like to bake my brocoli in the oven with parm cheese on top)

Still no babysitter. My friend dipped on me last night.
