So...here's yesterday's breakdown. Except I must add atleast 3 carbs due to the turkey having 3 carbs...this registered as none.

Calories Eaten Today

grams cals%total
Total: 1611
Fat:153 1380 85%
Sat:74 668 41%
Poly:31 279 17%
Mono:38 339 21%

Carbs:14 38 2%
Fiber:4 0 0%
Protein:51 204 13%
Alcohol:0 0 0%

Any Feedback would be greatly appreciated!!!

Carbs: would actually be 17....that's close enough to 20 for me. You never know where they could sneak in.

I wrote the recipe for the rolls down in a notebook. Can't wait to make, and try, them.

A person could even add a little garlic...garlic bread with dinner (yum!!!)

Hey...I just remembered something. Last night, I cooked some fettucini for the boys (with butter, garlic, and parmesan...their favorite). On the back of the Box of noodles, I read something that made me laugh, and made me mad....all at one time!!!

The square at the bottom said:

A Nutrition Message from the American Dietetic Association

The key to healthy eating and weight control is to consume a variety of complex carbohydrates along with moderate amounts of protein and unsaturated fats.

Carbohydrates are the brain's and body's preferred fuel and should make up about half of total daily calories. Complex carbohydrates like pasta and other grain products, vegetables and beans also provide additional nutrients including vitamins, minerals and protein.

Weight-loss diets that eliminate whole categories of foods can be detrimental to your health over the long term.

No wonder obesity is the highest it has ever been. We have all been brain-washed...

But it's a Start!! Remember me talking about Dr Diana Schwarzbein? When she started practicing Medicine, she was in a practice and mainly dealt with Diabetics. She noticed that her patients were getting WORSE eating the way the ADA Guidelines wanted them to eat (and without cheating). These patients ended up having to go on Insulin. BUT, those who cheated with more fat in their diets did better.

Doctors are not taught much about nutrition in school and they mainly regurgitate What they are taught. She started to think on her own and went into truly learning about how food effects us. Lower in carbs! She even had her patients do it with fantastic results.

The Book I have talked about "Good Calories, Bad Calories" by Gary Taubes goes in the the History of What happened with nutrition, the politics, the Egos and how when we get "Studies" that they show as Fact...They don't show us everything and it's NOT fact. They only show the things that might prove their point (not the whole story).

It's an awesome book, and hopefully, People in the medical field will not only "question" things, but truly do more studies and give unbiased results, so that we can get "back on track" with proper nutrition and health.

It's going to take awhile, but like I said..."It's a Start".

Hey, it IS a big deal with the pound. After the scale not moving for so long...it's now MOVING!! It is a big deal! Girl, you have WORKED for that pound.

Maybe you just crossed over from the Stall. Didn't you just weigh yourself a few days ago (early)? and there was no change.

This is a big deal!! Your body is back on track!

Yeah!!! I just weighed on Wednesday. After 4 weeks of no change, finally---1 pound. I guess that I can only hope that things are back on track.

Ok, So far today.

2 cups of coffee with cream

1 cup of hot tea with CO and Stevia

2 Pieces of coconut oil bark.

---------------------------

Next I will have my ACV drink and then fix a brunch. I think I am going to have dippy eggs and dip pork crackins in it and then mash the rest together with butter, salt/pepper
