So...here's yesterday's breakdown. Except I must add atleast 3 carbs due to the turkey having 3 carbs...this registered as none.

I wrote the recipe for the rolls down in a notebook. Can't wait to make, and try, them.
A person could even add a little garlic...garlic bread with dinner (yum!!!) |

Hey...I just remembered something. Last night, I cooked some fettucini for the boys (with butter, garlic, and parmesan...their favorite). On the back of the Box of noodles, I read something that made me laugh, and made me mad....all at one time!!!

They only show the things that might prove their point (not the whole story). It's an awesome book, and hopefully, People in the medical field will not only "question" things, but truly do more studies and give unbiased results, so that we can get "back on track" with proper nutrition and health. It's going to take awhile, but like I said..."It's a Start".

Ok, So far today.
2 cups of coffee with cream 1 cup of hot tea with CO and Stevia 2 Pieces of coconut oil bark. --------------------------- Next I will have my ACV drink and then fix a brunch. I think I am going to have dippy eggs and dip pork crackins in it and then mash the rest together with butter, salt/pepper |
