It is so frustrating to me that she insists on looking like a grub while we wear nice decent clothes. It makes us look bad like we cant take care of her.

The party only added 1.4lbs so that wasnt too bad.
Hi...Pear!!!! Glad to see ya' back!!!!!

Maybe try reverse psychology.

One of my friends can not stand how one of her daughters wants to dress. The daughter likes the short, tight, clingy shirts that are in right now. My friend went in the daughter's closet, put on one of these tight, short, clingy shirts...went out by the daughter (the daughter wanted to go somewhere)...and said, "Okay....I'm ready to go!!!" The daughter laughed, and said, "You're going like THAT?" My friend said, "Why not? That's how you go around to places." The daughter said, "I'm not going anywhere with you like that." My friend said, "Good. Now, YOU see how I feel. Go change YOUR shirt, and then, we'll go."

Why do you have to keep them seperated if they are both boys?

Usually one goes downstairs with DD and the other upstairs with us. Problem is DD & DH have to work, so it will be hard to separate them.

Good idea on the reverse psychology. I'll have to try that next time we go out together and she's all slobbed out.

Do they fight? Why do you need to separate them?

I vacuumed out DD's room... whew! I hung up her clothes and straightened out some, and left her piles of "stuff". It looks much better. I'll bet she's mad I messed with her stuff.

She has a paper to do tonight after work, she'll have a late night.

Isn't it funny how kids go through all of their little stages. First they like us Moms to do everything for them. Then, they like to play their "I am a person with rights" act....and....we're not supposed to touch their stuff cluttering up "our" homes. Kids...

I know the feeling. I'm working on my History paper right now too. It's due by midnight. I have another 200 words, or so, to go. Hey!!!! Atleast your daughter didn't need to touch "her" own things in her room...you lightened her load!!!!

I'd be busy too but hubby has left for work.

I cant wait for night shift to be over. I dont know when this project is done. Hubby had to cancel his superbowl party because he wouldn't have enough time to sleep. He has such little personal time lately.

I wonder if we are using the same books, and if she needs to write a paper on the same chapter as me? *Clicks wheels are turning*

I'm not sure when her paper is due, she just said she had to work on it tonight.

I also have no clue what book she is using.

They were really popular in europe.
I used to have a spin dryer too, but that was 25 years ago, when I was first setting up house, and they were considered old fashioned even then. I haven't seen one since then. They were useful sometimes, though. I remember digging it out when the spinner on my washing machine wasn't working properly.

Good morning, Ailuros!!!!

I'm going to be one tired lady today. I don't know why, but I could not sleep last night. Here it is 5 in the morning, and I'v
