Kippers are smoked herring. They can be canned, but they're better not - well, the taste is better, but they still have the head and tail attached and have lots of bones that are a bit fiddly to deal with. I have one in the fridge at the moment. I have them for breakfast sometimes.

See, that's why I get the canned. I don't have to fiddle with the head or the bones. Besides that, it's a Cheap and quick protein source when you are in a hurry.

Some day, I would like to try the real Kippers.

I've only seen them in the can here....well...I can't really say that I've looked for them the other way.

The ones in the cans...don't have bones, heads, or tails...Pear. (Incase you were scared off by that!!!!

) You should try them sometime. The canned ones are only around $1.

I am so excited, I have to "Share". Anyone have a CVS Drug Store near them?

Anyways, I am really getting into the "Couponing" Again. It's so much fun.

Well, I went to CVS today and got $33 worth of Things for $19.25 and then got EBC for $21.75!!! What is that? That's a coupon they print out for you, so my next trip to CVS I will get 21.75 OFF of my bill!!

So, it's like getting all that stuff for free and having them pay ME!! WOOHOO!!!!!!

They are earned with things you buy. The things I bought today, I had coupons for and then knew I would earn those points. They automatically printed it out for me at the Register.

I found a message board website that gives you the heads up on what will be on sale at CVS (they have next weeks and the week after that already) and they let you know which products and how many you buy for the ECB (Extra Care Bucks) and also any coupons that would go along with those.

It's pretty cool.

I have already started my list for Sunday, lined my coupons up and I'll be getting more ECB At That visit.

Do you know what I watched last night? "The Full Monty". I had seen it before, but I had to watch it again. Love that movie. Anyways, It was funny listening to them talk. It was like I was on a 20 Sec Delay in "understanding" them.

At one point I turned to one of my sons and said "They are speaking English, Right"?
