It's about 9:30am here...and for some reason...I'm hungry today?

I've already had:

1 hard boiled egg
pierogi filling--(cabbage, burger, onion, garlic, and butter)

a few pork rinds

Click must be off enjoying her freedom today.

Ailluros, hubby and I will also celebrate our 10th this year.

Tooter, I hope you have a fabulous day. Are there any big plans for the weekend?

Tonights dinner is Meatloaf (I'll use low carb pita bread in the food processor as the crumbs) Dreamfield's Macaroni for "Macaroni and Cheese", and a Salad wedge with Blue cheese Dressing sprinkled with chopped tomatoes, green onion and blue cheese crumbles.

Today is a brighter day, for sure. I am going to see Amanda in a play at school with daughter, Chelli, at 2:00 PM this afternoon. Then I have dinner plans with another former co-worker this evening. I have already taken Sr. friend to Mac's for coffee this morning.

I am just popping in for a quickie and to say hello.

I wanted to let y'all know how I have been enjoying my 'bark'.

I use vanilla, CO, only 1 Tbs cocoa, 2 TBS home made yogurt, 2 Tbs crushed almonds with liquid sweet-n-low/stevia and it is wonderful. It isn't bitter at all, more like milk chocolate.

I eat no more than 1/4 at a time so that limits the dose of CO and I have tolerated it well. I can also eat it twice a day now. Whoopee!

Tooter, my friends call it my English sense of humor.

Chelli always said that her friends had to get to know me before they knew how to take me. Most of the time they thought I was serious.

Seriously, remember my little "talk" to you today? The "changes" that takes place? Well, one of the biggest changes is living in the NOW. I'm not kidding. If you wait until goal, guess what? You will never do those things THEN, if you haven't at least "started" doing them now. Your Goal should not be to be at Goal by summer...Your goal should be to ENJOY right now and this summer better then you ever have before.

Hey, I'm the girl who would NEVER wear shorts. Even when I was a teen and had a really nice body. I was too insecure and I felt too "Pale". Last year? I wore shorts all summer long. EVERY day and I wore a bathing suit all the time at the lake and even a bikini (which you saw a pic of). Goal is not that "magical" thing you wait for in the distance future. Like I said, If you can't do it Now, you won't do it then. That's why there has to be other Mini goals, besides what the scale says. Goals for us to come out of our shells and Dare to do the Things we only dreamed of. Goals to throw out excuses and not expect to be "Perfect" ...but rather...to be "Perfected" which is the state of constantly learning and growing...and along the way, we WILL make mistakes but that's also a part of learning.

You have been through so much, your goal this summer should be...I am going to enjoy this life and "right now" and savor every moment. I'm going to do things that I was either too scared, insecure to do.

Think of how many things we all have missed out on in our lives? Pictures of us, family outings, swimming... Lots of fun stuff. Our goals should also be to never let that stuff steal those moments ever again. To get comfortable in our own skin "right now"...because if we don't start doing that now, what makes you think it will magically happen when the scale hits that "Goal" number?

There is a great saying. "Whever ever you go, there you are". You can get to goal...but who will you be when you get there?

Ladies, We have alot of living and sharing to do. Life doesn't begin at Goal. Life is Now. We are going to be the best we can be, right now and enjoy the "Journey" and learn and grow as we go.

I DARE you to do something now, that you wouldn't do before because of "excuses" In your head.

Last year was a HUGE year for me. There were so many things that I did for the very "first" time. I drove a Truck and pulled a boat behind it on Mountain roads! That's something I would have been too scared to do years ago. Lots of other things.

Guess what? The only thing that limits us...Is US.
I think I love you ...... Great post and so on target (and true)....

Congratulations, Tooter, I'm sure they haven't all been easy years but so well worth it. It's an investment of time, hard work, devotion and trust and the dividends are phenomenal.

Enjoy your special day with your special guy.
