Hello All.

I have certainly enjoyed the pictures and wish Tooter would PM her picture to me!

Woe, you look like you are right where you should be and the weight training sure paid off.

I have hated having my picture taken since I was a small child. Does one ever get over that?

Click, I hope your lessons are going well. Atta girl, get ahead and you won't regret it.

Pear, can't you find a little bikini? You look awfully cold... Oh, I know, that's the way they do things in Europe at the beach.

The first pic is at about 235 or so pounds. I lost all the way down to 185 in the second pic. Both of those are from 1999. I've done weight training for a few years after and the 3rd pic is abour 210 pounds and from last April.
Woe........

You look just wonderful....a little help for those of us that need to see success!!!!! Thanks for posting your pictures.

Say, woe.....I was wondering....I know that salt has potassium in it, but when I went to the store today....I was looking for your "potassium salt". I didn't see anything that was labeled that. Is it a special kind? Sometimes I wake up with the worst charlies...I thought that, maybe, some potassium would help. (Can't eat a banana...) It's not a lack of water...I drink half of my weight in ounces of beer...I mean water....a day!!!!

Morton's lite is a 1/2 and 1/2 potassium/sodium salt/
The other is called "NoSalt" which is 100% potassium salt.

ETA...
Thanks for the compliments!

I use the Morton's lite.
Gotta be careful not to use too much of these.
The body's RDA for potassium is measured in grams, but if you've ever noticed the potassium pills, they are only 99mg. Getting all your potassium this way is not the best.

Spinach and almonds are good natural and lowcarb potassium sources.

Calcium could help the charlies too.

Well....guys!!!!

Today, I have been getting things done around here. My youngest got home from his cousin's funeral today, and with him came a bunch of laundry. So, I'm almost done with that.

Today:

slice of roast beef

BLT--Roll-up (MMmmm...was good!)
1 romaine leaf
mayo
4 slices of bacon
3 grape tomatos--sliced in half

pork rinds

Supper will be:

pierogi filling

Today...I feel hot, and my stomach feels fluttery...in a yucky kinda' way. Hopefully, that means that I'm losing again, as this is how I usually feel when I'm losing.

You'll be fine if you just salt your food with the morton's lite.. It could help too.

I was doing well til I received a call around noon that a dear friend and former co-worker passed away this morning from pancreatic cancer.

It seems like yesterday when we were planning an evening out to dinner. She was forced to retire last month and I can't believe she is gone, already.

Well, they say it comes in bundles and tomorrow will be another bright day.

Thanks, Click, I needed those hugs.
