Lemme see if I can do them side by side by side...

The first pic is at about 235 or so pounds. I lost all the way down to 185 in the second pic. Both of those are from 1999. I've done weight training for a few years after and the 3rd pic is abour 210 pounds and from last April.

Well bodyfat wise, I was probably fine. My bodyfat was probably the same in the
later pic, it was just a different kind of wieght that I added. I pant size has remained the same.

A few years before the last pic, my bodyfat was tested at 10.4% at 198 pounds. I had done some
weight training after that. I guess 205-210 is probably my goal range, and I am just a couple
over that. It's still a healthy body fat so I have not been real motivated to go that lean.
