Maybe, your scale is wrong too. Maybe, you REALLY don't know what your weight is? There is no way that you weigh 211!!!!

Its a digital scale, about a year or so old, cant be that far off. I weighed 180 in high school and I'm definately bigger than I was back then.

Hey....Pear!!!!

Incase there are some lurkers...you should post the three pictures side by side on one page. Then, they can see the difference that I was talking about. I don't even know how to post pictures, but I'm sure that you can figure it out. You'll have to shrink the one that you just posted to fit the other two on...in progressive order...side-by-side!!!!

It would probably even amaze yourself...how much healthier you look too!!!

One more question...Have you been Measuring? Maybe....even though the concept baffles me....you've lost alot of inches....without the scale moving in leaps and bounds? I read in "The Book" that this is quite common with this way of eating!!!!!

Oh My Goodness, Pear, what a beauty you are! My mother and grandmother were both 5'8". What happened to me, I must have been the runt at 5'2".

You look so tall and regal, you carry it well. Thanks for sharing the pictures with us, what great incentive.

BTW, your little Pear sure does get around and loves to travel. Is Pear going to go skinny dipping in that beautiful blue water???

Jean, I'm 5' 2" as well. At school I was the only one who was shorter than their mother. My "little" brother's 6' 3" - the height just didn't get shared out evenly.

I always tend to feel better when it's sunny...after a long, cloudy spell. After not seeing the sun for many days, when she finally shines through the clouds, it really energizes me.

Can you put the pictures side-by-side in still motion? These are something to be studied, and observed!!!!

Are you ready to "Choose" to have a GREAT day today and to fill it would "Better Choices"? I sure am.

I didn't get much done yesterday, so I am going to make sure I do today. I want to get a bunch of "Work" out of the way, so I can relax and Play later, without any "Pressure".
