Just wanted to say hello and let you know that I found the new site. I am getting better at navagating through the threads. I do want to put up a challenge but I am not sure if it is supposed to go under a thread that is already created or start a new one. I think I remember seeing a spot/square where threads could be started. I am continuing to eat healthy foods and drink my water. I'll check in later.. . gotta get some fresh air.

Good Morning!

Talking with LF on here has got me thinking. Before Irelyn was born (and the kids came to live with us for 3 1/2 Months) I was eating Mini meals (kinda grazing all day) and I was also doing the same thing with exercise. A few minutes at a time through out the day. So much energy and It seemed like I got so much done during my days. Life was busy and full and very satisfying.

After the kids came, I got out of the routine of the Mini meals (with cooking for everyone) My routine was changed with exercise and everything else.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Today (right now) I'm choosing to go back to all that. I was at my all time BEST this past summer, and I want that back.

I'm also going to add in the Raw Apple cidar vinegar.

Oh, we take the laptop with us. When we are docked at the Marina, we can use the Laptop. When we go out "mooring" (Parking the boat off shore in the lake) we can't use the laptop. So, never fear, I will still have some internet use. lol

The boating isn't roughing it at all. We have a houseboat that is the perfect size for Hubby and me. Direct TV, Air air conditioning. A small kitchen, Bathroom (with a small shower) Bedroom, and small living room area. And different level Decks on the outside of the boat. I love it. It is so peaceful and relaxing on the Lake. *sigh* I can't wait for warmer weather. We also have 2 Jet Skis for when we have the "need for speed". GOSH, I can't WAIT for spring to start all that again.

Like the Volcanoes we used to make out of Clay in Grade School? Where you would mix the Baking Soda with Vinegar and have an eruption?

Ok, So far today:

2 cups of coffee with cream and a piece of low carb peanut butter fudge

1 cup of hot tea with Coconut oil and Stevia.

1 glass of ACV on the rocks with Water and liquid stevia.

At about 10 AM I will make a hamburger with mayo wrapped in Romaine lettuce.

At Noon/1:00 I will have a tossed salad with Oil and vinegar dressing and a couple of pieces of Coconut oil bark.

That's as far as I have planned it out right now.

The AVC drink isn't as bad as I remembered it. It's sort of like a AVC lemonade type thing. Sweet and tangy at the same time.

I could get used to this!

Tooter....

It sounds like you really have fun!!!

Just remember...it wouldn't be nearly as fun if you weren't in a "happy" frame of mind about yourself, and if you weren't so happy with your hubby. Consider yourself blessed to have inner contentment with yourself, and a spouse, that you love so much, to share everything thing with.

From experience.....to explain what I mean.....
You can have all of these fun things to do, but if you're not happy with yourself, or your partner......then, all of these things would not be fun at all. It would be just one more thing that you felt you HAD to do!!!

Do you see what I'm saying?

I'm happy for you.

I totally "get" what you are saying. It hasn't always been like this. We have "grown" and learned. We have gone through bad times and have come out the other side.

I totally know that I am in a VERY GOOD place in my life right now. Doing these things are just icing on the cake. I would still be Happy if were lived in a one room apartment and didn't have a boat. Life is really good and I'm just enjoying the "Ride" right now.

I think one of the greatest things is just sitting in the family room, watching TV together and just laughing and talking.

There is a Peace when you know that someone loves you so much, always has your back and only wants the BEST for you.

It gives you the freedom to try new things without "fear". Fear of failure or rejection.

I have "tired" so many different things in the last few years. Things I never would have dared to try. No one gets more excited for me, then him.

He is my Best Friend. I Truly am blessed!

Last night...my mind was playing games with me.

With spreading my food out over the day...I seemed to be hungry?

So...of course with no movement on the scale yesterday...when I was hungry...my mind drifted to popcorn, reese peanut butter cups, and the tuna macaroni salad in the fridge.

I didn't do any of these things though. Somehow....I remained strong. Something has to give pretty soon...this is getting to be somewhat overbearing!!!!

I'm soooo happy for you Toots-a-lot!!!!

I can tell that you know what I meant....by your answers. I, also, know that "you have it all" by your responses. Not everyone is lucky enough to experience "true" love in their lifetime....I'm glad that you have.

Make sure you are also spreading the fat out through out the day.

I noticed that you take the VCO all in one shot! Tomorrow...Don't do that.

Spread the 3 tablespoons out, through out the day.

You take it all in the morning and then don't have any to "help" with cravings and such through out the day. See what I'm saying?

Alot of people recommend taking a teaspoon/tablespoon of VCO right BEFORE you have a meal.

Same thing with the ACV. Why? It tends to control your appetite.

How can it help with that if you take it all in one shot?

So, try spreading the VCO out, through out the day too.

Isnt feeling better the important thing? I dont think you failed at all. You feel better. You have more energy. Your clothes are fitting better. Who cares what the scale says.

My scale is on the upswing, probably because I'm rehydrating myself (3lbs). I havent been too good about drinking water over Christmas vacation.

Tooter, I'm packing my bags, I'm coming to stay with you on the boat, ok?

I just ate my ham wrapped pickle spears. Oh yummy.

I decided to stay away from the coffee today. Yesterday, I was so jittery. Not sure why.

I just took some tylenol for a nagging back pain that has been bothering me all night. Hope it kicks in soon.
