That's what your link said the Reebock rebounder costs---which they claimed is the best one out there.

Oh yeah....I think that they said that it can support the weight of 8 stone too. (((HaHa)))

What do you think that would be equal to?

I think they said 300lbs.

The urban rebounder is $97 on ebay with free shipping.

I have an old rebounder from the early 80's in my garage. I think I paid $25 for it. Its pretty sturdy but has no handlebars.

I'm more interested in getting some workouts. I'll look after I get some stamina built up with it.

Wow, I just did five minutes on the rebounder and I'm breaking a sweat, had a hard time breathing. Thats a good workout. It will take me quite awhile to work up to a half hour. My knee had no problem at all, but I kept my feet on the rebounder the whole time.

2 lbs isn't that bad, but I know NOT to put off getting strict again. If you do that, the weight will just continue to go back up. So, I was strict today and made sure my fat was up. I also packed up the remaining goodies and sent them FED EX to Ailuros house, so they won't bother me nor call my name in the middle of the night!!! *running out of the thread before Ailuros hit's me*
It probably wouldn't be a problem as long as it's not squidgy and chocolatey. My husband thinks it's unnatural that I can open a packet of biscuits, eat one, then put the rest in the cupboard and forget they're there until they've all gone stale and have to be thrown out. He's definitely in the "now I've opened the packet, I just have to eat them all" camp.

8 stone is 112 pounds (a stone is 14 pounds). Technically, we're metric over here, but everybody I know talks about their weight in stones and pounds.

Today....I must accomplish some more homework!!!! It's already Wednesday, and I've hardly done a thing with it. I find that it is really hard to accomplish my school work living here...especially, on-line classes. (People forget that I have school...because I don't physically need to go there.) Everything must be done around their schedules....which isn't very school/single-mom friendly. Lights out by a certain time--well, for the last 2 years, while being in school...and still having other things to manage...I have to stay up at night to get things done.

Can't wait to move.

Click, did you get your homework done?

It was really icy this morning. DD couldn't get her car out of the neighborhood. I tried to help her, got out of my car and I was slipping all over the road like a drunk woman. She had to stay home today. She was upset about it.

NOOOO!!!!

I keep having to stop doing what I'm doing....because, according to my "DAD", everything has to be done during the day now....no more staying up at night.

I concentrate better at night...when everyone else is sleeping. If there is anything going on around me...my eyes read, but my mind doesn't comprehend, or remember, what my eyes are reading. This semester is going to be tough....until I'm out of here!!!!

So, you made it to work all right? Hey...I just thought of something!!! In my ph-ed class...someone said that they do "Urban Rebounding" every day for an hour...and that it is quite the work-out. Thought that you might want to know of the name.

Get home safe!!! And check-in...o-kay?

Does that mean you can't come online at night? If not, that really stinks. Even my kids dont have a bedtime.

Can you study your textbooks in bed? Maybe you can go to a library during the day to study and use the internet. At least its peaceful there.

I'll check in later when I get home.

I have thought about going to the library. The problem is...all of the wash, and other nec. daily things, now have to be done by supper. No more doing things at night. Which means....it's a good thing that I decided to go back to Minnesota. Had I stayed here...and went to school...in a classroom versus on-line courses...I'd never have time to get things done. Oh yeah...all lights out by such and such a time. So, no reading in bed....in the dark basement. This is sure getting very irratating. I used to go to school during the day, and stay up at night, study, do homework, and keep the laundry going when I was on my own. Now, it's almost like I have to try and squeeze school in somehow. Like I said earlier...it's almost as though they don't realize that I am taking just one class short of a full-time school schedule....because it's on-line...and I don't go to class. Either that, or they are that dense...and don't realize the work that school requires.

Hunny, I'm home.

I've already been rebounding. Worked up to 6 minutes.

I sure hope you get out of there soon, Click, or you'll go insane with your SD's impossible rules.

I dont know where Jean or Tooter are, do you suppose they are having a party and didnt invite us.
