Hi gals:

Lunch was a chef salad. Pretty good. Next time, I think I'll have the cobb though. Its good to know they have salads in case I forget my lunch.

All morning, I've been feeling tweaky. I think its because I got up so early, then my coffee made me so jittery. I'm feeling better now that I've eaten. Still not 100%.

I'm trying to do what you said about eating little bits at a time. The problem is, I feel like I am sneaking in there everytime my Dad isn't in there. I think that is the reason why I would, basically, go all day with hardly anything...and then gorge at supper time. Like I said....I can't wait until this all finally comes to an end.

So far:

vitamins

3 tooterized eggs--with 1/4 stick of butter
5 pork rinds ( in place of crackers)--with homemade low carb salmon spread

3 tblsp EVCO

pork cracklins-bbq

cut-up broccoli and cauliflower-dipped in mayo with splenda

(The breaks between entries indicates breaks between eating)

Is my body stubborn...or what?

I may not be seeing any loss on the scale, but one thing that I can say is:

The ring on my right ring finger was stuck on before starting this woe. Now, it slides around...and off just fine.

I used to feel like a balloon blown up so full that I would just burst....I don't have that awful feeling anymore....and hardly fart anymore neither. (And everyone "new" me for that attribute!!! Tee Hee Hee!!)

It's Raw Apple Cider vinegar. It hasn't been processed and it has "Mother" in it (very cloudy). The Brand I would buy is "Braggs".

It's supposed to help with weight loss and digestive problems. Even yeast.

Have I tried it? Yes. Did it help with weight loss? Yes. It's just really hard to drink down Raw Apple cider vinegar w/ water and splenda all the time!! LOL

Seriously!!

Here's some info on it:

10 Health Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar, or cider vinegar, is one of the most popular alternative health remedies in use today. It has been used since ancient times as a remedy for many different ailments. Hippocrates is said to have used it as an antibiotic.

Most of the health benefits of apple cider vinegar are anecdotal and have not been scientifically confirmed. We make no claims about any of the health benefits listed below but offer them up as a starting point for further research on your part.

1. When diluted with water 50/50 it is often used as a toner for the face. Caution should be used when applying as cider vinegar is very dangerous to the eyes.

2. A bath of apple cider vinegar is said to reduce the effects of sunburn. The vinegar soaked on a cloth and applied to sunburn may also be used.

3. Many women have tried a douche of apple cider vinegar as a remedy for yeast infections. However, many others claim that vinegar causes or worsens yeast infections. Some say it depends on the brand used.

4. There are many claims that apple cider vinegar is a powerful weight loss aid. Many people use it in salad dressings or drink a tablespoon diluted in a glass of water once or twice per day.

5. It is said to treat dandruff by destroying the fungus Malassezia furfur and restoring the PH balance of the scalp. Some people recommend applying a 50/50 mixture of water and vinegar, applying it to the scalp, and leaving it to dry. Others suggest applying a couple of tablespoons of straight vinegar to the scalp and leaving it on for an hour or two before rinsing.

6. It has long been promoted as a remedy for arthritis. The National Arthritis Foundation says apple cider vinegar has not been proven effective against arthritis but is harmless to try.

7. A reported treatment for warts is to soak the affected area for 20 minutes per day in a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water.

8. It is said to be a natural lowerer of bad cholesterol.

9. A teaspoon of cider vinegar in a glass of water per day is said to lower blood pressure.

10. Mother of vinegar, the layer of film that forms on top of the cider, is believed to have antibacterial and antifungal properties.

Dang it, LF, now you got me wanting to do it again. It Did aid in weight loss and also energy.

It must be diluted in water, so it doesn't hurt the enamel on your teeth. I put put it in a glass of water with either Splenda or Stevia to sweeten it.

It has lots of other benefits too.

Large Supermarkets have it, usually in the organic sections. They don't carry in my local "hick Town" grocery stores, but they do in the Bigger towns. I also can get it at the health food store.
