Click, I have bought them in green grocerers and at the grocery store. I was surprised that the commissary carried some of them. I have raspberry, coconut, hazelnut and caramel.

If you move near a Super Wal-Mart you should be able to get a lot of things that I can't.

I just got a call from my grandson, James, who just finished Navy boot camp and is at the training school now. He sounds so good and is liking the Navy and was sharing all of the opportunities he has for the future.

It sure warms my heart to hear him sound so positive.

Yes....my town in Minnesota has a Super Wal-Mart. When I was back there, I ran in to see if they had CO for $9 something, and they did. I, also, checked on the pork Cracklins...and they had them too!!! I was so happy to see this, as the Wal-Marts here don't carry them. I am excited to shop for the many things that Tooter says she finds at Wal-Mart. I'm sure that they will have it...unlike here!!!!

What a Q-T-pie!!!!

Aren't they just adorable when they are at that age? The thing that I like about kids...at this age...is there innocence.

For instance...because they don't know any better...I was in the store and someone farted. My oldest, while around the age of 2, loudly exclaimed: "Mommi...*pointing at this person* he farted *giggle*". I was embarrassed, but knew that he didn't know that home is where we joke about farting...not infront of people in a store.

Good Morning, MomToEli, how are you today? I hope you have an interesting weekend planned.

I remember the Pinewood Derby Races so well when my son was in scouts. Have fun.

Oh, and thanks for the compliment on my guy!

Jean
Not a problem! I do the same myself!

I love Cub Scouts. Leaders are required to build and enter a car in the Outlaw Class. Here is the one I did last year: ack! I thought I had the pictures on my computer! But, nooooo. I'll find them tomorrow and post one. It is a little red wagon with a dog in it and newspapers folded up in it. Won Best in Class!

I can't do the bowling lane this year. Can't get that stupid clay to look like bowling pins and don't have enough time to buy them somewhere. So, I'll do that one next year. I'm going to do a guy in a bathtub instead. Of course, it will have a duck in it!

I'm really just doing a drive by post tonight. On my way to bed. TTFN! And and to you all!

Hey there:

I'm not sleeping yet.

We had a fun day today. Went hiking, got lost, ended up being 3 muddy miles round trip. Never did make our destination. Its the journey, I guess

We learned some things from the hike, like those nalgene bottles are a pain, you either carry them or clip them, if you clip them they bang around on your legs, if you carry them then you're carrying them and your hands arent free. Hydration packs, much better. Also, having a map is really nice. Wish we had one. We just had a description of the trail.

I was finally down to 213.8 this morning. WOOHOO!

We had a lot of fun and many memories of my son's scouting days. I was a den mother and still remember the crafts, pinewood derbys, etc.

I think it was especially good for him since he had lost his father. He was able to have the influence of men there, also.

Yes, that is such an adorable age and he is just as sweet and kind now, I am thankful to say. Of course I'm not biased!

Kids say the darnedest things in the darnedest places...

Pear,

We used to love to hike but aren't able to do as much now days. Most of our vacations were spent camping and hiking in many different places.

One time when were were in Hawaii, we hiked up to see the Sacred Falls. By the time we got back slugging through streams and mud we could hardly lift our feet.

Congratulations, you are moving down, weigh to go!!!

Good morning, everybody . There are still some brownies left. In fact, I'm not really hungry today, so although I've bought some raspberries, they may have to wait for another day.

I am so glad he likes the Navy and sounds so positive.

Lost and Found, Most stores have those Sugar Free Syrups in the coffee section of the store. No wonder you haven't seen them, eh? Next time you are at a store, check out that section.
