Oh, yes, it really was. I saved the rest for tomorrow. I used to love meatloaf sandwiches... better than the original meatloaf.

Could you maybe make some meatloaf wraps with Romaine leafs? That's how I've been making sandwiches.

HEY!!!!!!!! Those revolution rolls that Tooter posted the recipe for...you know...the one's that someone accidentally made a mistake, and it was for the better?

I think I will do the lettuce wrap. I was never a big bread eater so don't make the breads or buy the low carb tortillas. The sandwich just won't be the same without bread but I'll make do. I always had to throw out bread or freeze it cause I used it for sandwiches very seldom.

I'm just over half through a book David sent for Christmas on the building of the Brooklyn Bridge, it's very good. The second book he sent is on the building of the railroads across the US.

Breads (good ones), chips, and noodles were my downfall!!!! I liked sweets, but didn't crave them as much as the other items.

I think I am going to do some "Power" cooking today.

I'm putting a small chicken in the oven. I'll make chicken salad and chicken soup out of it.

I also got a big package of Hamburger out of the freezer. I will make a batch of Taco meat (to use later) and Pasta (hamburger, tomato sauce, low carb elbow macaroni noodles). Better then quiche, Ricotta pie. Veggies and dip and Pasta salad (with low carb noodles) Low carb mini pecan pies.

I never know how many people are coming over on the weekend and this way, I'll have things that I can make a snack or meal out of. I'll also take the low carb lavash break, cut it into squares and fry them. I can use those to put taco meat on, melt cheese on top, add shredded lettuce, salsa and sour cream to serve as a snack (while people are either playing games or watching movies).

I'll keep my Low carb more natural today, but that all is for the family and any guests. You can't tell it's low carb at all. lol

Maybe I'll make up a batch of the low carb peanut butter fudge too.
