One of my friends went through a spurt of weddings with her children. I, always went with my camera. The difference is, I aways had Black and White film in the camera. They always turned out real good. So good, that her kids always requested duplicates. So, I would get them a set of duplicates, put them in a pretty wedding album, choose 1 good one, have it enlarged...and put it in a pretty frame. I'd give them these with a "thank-you" for including me on their special day!!!

Yah....that's the problem!!!

I probably wouldn't be able to figure it out.....click....

That's why I have the "old fashioned" kind. It's a 35mm with different lenses. I've taken some really beautiful lighthouse pictures with this thing. If I still had my scanner....I'd show you some.

Morning gals:

Tooter, your granddaughter is just adorable. You must be so proud!

Click, you've made the right decision and you are at peace. Your son will understand once he realizes he doesnt have to leave. It will be good for him to be on his own while going to college. Hopefully, he will have a decent relationship with his grandparents.

Well, I made an awesome lunch last night, and I forgot it at home. GRRRR So now, I guess I'll have to go to the deli and get a salad.

Have a fun one!

This coming semester gets over with sometime in May. So....I don't know how long the oldest would be here by himself anyways. I have no way of predicting how quick my name would come up on the waiting list.

When Brad...in the fall...goes to the main campus of Purdue, he really won't be real close to his grandparents (distance wise). So, I doubt if he will have alot to do with them.

Pear- That stinks that you forgot your yummy lunch.
All that you can do is make good choices at the deli instead!!!
Your salad that you made sounded good too!!!

Lost and found...I know you are frustrated right now and it's almost been a month (meaning a true stall).

There is something you can do that works for some. Mini meals.

Eat more frequently and closer together.

When I would do this (when I was losing) it would shake things up and I would start losing again.

It keeps your blood sugar at a constant level.

Lets say you start out your morning with CO bark at about 8 am. Around 10 AM have some protein. At Noon...Maybe a salad for lunch.

Afternoon? More protein/and or chees, nuts, low carb veggies

Dinner...Something lite.

Make sure you are always getting some fat with it.

It's something to try?

What do you think?

I'm thinking this might work, because you tend to "Go awhile" without eating....Then you tend to eat your protein and the bulk of your "intake" later in the day.

See, I'm thinking, honey.

This sounds like a good idea!!!

If possible....I will try it, but I can't always be sure that I can do it around here...be "in the kitchen....opening the fridge, etc...".

Gosh...I'm excited to have my own everything again!!!

Should I be consistant with the EVCO?

I didn't have any today.

So far today:
vitamins
3 eggs--Tooterized (1/4 stick of butter)
5 porkrinds (in place of crackers) with homemade low carb salmon spread

There are days I don't have any of it. Just make sure you are getting Fat from somewhere else. The Tooterized Eggs will help.

Oh, I started doing something different (and noticed a difference). I used to like cheese sandwiches with butter and mustard...So I would use a Romaine leaf for the bread right? Well, it never would "hold" me. DUH!!!!!! On the bread I would always put butter on it. Well, I didn't do that with the Romaine.

Now? I put the swiss cheese in the Romaine leaf, then spread butter on top of the cheese, then drizzle the mustard on top of that. THAT's what was missisng. The Fat!! It tastes good and keeps me satisfied.

Tooter....I'm wondering...and don't bonk me on the head, but is there such thing as too much fat? Could that be the problem. I have been eating the EVCO quite regularly.

Honestly? I don't know. I know that the more I eat, the more I lose. Fat hasn't interfeared with weight loss for me...only the lack of it (or not getting enough).

We all are different, Lost and found. Different bodies and different diet related diseases we are dealing with.

You could experiment with it and see if it makes a difference for you. That will help you learn about your own body.

BUT...Just do ONE thing at a time. Don't do the mini meals and less fat at the same time. You then won't know which worked if the scale moved.

You know what I am saying?

So, decide on one...Go with that for a few days. If things don't "move" on the scales...Then try the other and see.

This really is the only way we can learn about our own bodies, just make sure you do one thing at a time so you can "glean" the right information you get from the right thing.

Come to think of it....I went without the EVCO for about a week. Nothing happened. So, it must not be that!!!

Maybe, the mini meal idea. I seem to eat what I can...When I Can...around here. The trick will be sneeking it in frequently.

I'm thinking this is the best idea too. It will keep your blood sugars at an even level.

You tend to go without eating (except for the CO) All morning long. Then lunch and then dinner.

Just try to space it out more.

Like.... "Snacks" every couple of hours. If you were planning on have meat and a salad for lunch.... Have the meat for lunch, then Have the salad a couple of hours later.

Never letting your stomach being empty during the day and never stuffing it. Just trying to keep it at a small constant level.

I don't know, maybe your body was thinking it was starving it's self with not eating Breakfast (which actually means "breaking the fast)? You would go Hours without eating.

I have my fingers crossed that the minimeals AND the fat will break this stall.

Hey, you could eat just a hard boiled egg in the morning. Then have some pork rinds and a little dip mid-morning. At lunch you could have your salad.

Afternoon, maybe some CO bark and cheese. Dinner, a little protein.

a little later, a little snack.

You shouldn't be hungry eating like this too, and hopefully, this will help in healing your metab. Your body should feel like it's constantly getting more then enough with the Fat and with food going in your tummy every few hours.

Yep, I think this might just work.
