I used a voucher today . It somehow lacked the creativity that Tooter shows, though. It was just 10% off if you spent £60.

Today I am going to clean out my Coupon folder. I have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Many coupons that my folder was about to burst.

Having hubby and the boys back on low carb, I can purge those coupons that aren't low carb and just concentrate on the other stuff.

THANK GOD!!! lol

So, Pear... I read in the "oil pulling" thread where you pretty much have no doubt about your teeth being whiter!

I'm going to step my oil pulling up a notch. It's' 8:40 and I have already "pulled" 3 times with CO. I'm also going to experiment with different oils. I read where different oils have different benefits. Sesame is a big one, that alot of people call the best. Castor oil and I am going to try Sweet Almond Oil (which is also good for the skin and wrinkles).

After 3 pulls this morning...I am breathing so much clearer...I can't really describe it. This Oil pulling is a weird and wonderful thing.

I'll keep ya posted.

I agree, oil pulling is weird but effective. I guess its one of those mysteries of life why it works.

I bought some organic (not virgin) coconut oil yesterday, and I tried it on my face last night. I was so scared I would break out from it but I didnt. Does it really help with wrinkles? I have some laugh lines I'd like to get rid of. And I'd also like to not age anymore

I don't think anything will get rid of wrinkles, but things can make them appear less and prevent them coming faster.

I'd like to not age anymore too.

If chewing a bit of oil can stop aging, maybe I'll give it a go .

Good Morning Everyone and Ailuros, too.

I can't tell you how busy I have been with the great weather and my exercise program. I have also started attending church regularly.

Yesterday, I went to the beach. We have a wall 'long sidewalk' that parallels the water and it takes me 15 minutes to complete so there and back to the parking lot is 30 minutes. Later in the day I walked in our neighborhood hills for 45 minutes. Then I did a workout with the Pilate's ring and resistance band.

I asked Bud, my almost 90 year old friend, if he would like to go to church with me a few weeks back and he was pleased as he had always attended regularly til his accident.

It is good to read of everyone's successes, keep up the good work.

Saying hi to you from my bathroom. I'm dying my hair, the grey got the better of me. I got a haircut this afternoon, so I thought I would finish off the look with some fresh color. I'm also oil pulling while I'm sitting here waiting for my 25 mins to be up.

I bought some new tableclothes in spring pink, blue and yellow. They were 70% off easter clearance at Joann's. They are so cute, the three came to less than the price of one. I've only had dark colors until now, navy, burgandy and deep purple, so it really brightens up the place.

Hippie, I read your debit card thread - what a horrible mess to have to deal with . I'm sending positive thoughts and Tooter's friend Luigi .

Pear, what colour is your hair? Did the dye work out well?

Good morning Jean - are you still just as busy?

Tooter, here's some coffee. Don't try to talk yet.

L&F, how's it going?

Debit card oh no!!! Hippie

My hair is colored its usual color, as close to normal color as possible, its light brown. It came out nice, not red like it sometimes does.

Where has Click been lately?

My weight is back down at 200 again after the ham incident (2lb gain). I got a surprise on the scale this morning, the body fat percentage showed up as 38 instead of 40-42. I think that means a whoosh is coming.

Positive thoughts and prayers coming your way, Hippie.

When David and I returned from our trip I received a call from my bank asking if I had been making purchases in New York and trying to buy a new motorcycle in Mexico.

Even though my debit card had not been out of my hot little hands, someone was using it (a copy?) and trying to go for the big purchases. The only downside for me was waiting about five days for a new one to arrive.

Good morning everybody. It doesn't look as if we'll be getting snow here today - it's still a bit chilly, but sunny.

Tooter, where are you? You didn't get your coffee yesterday .

L&F - hope you're still managing to juggle school, jobs and motherhood .

Hippie, are you OK?

Jean, Pear, what are you up to today? I'm getting ready for friends who're coming tomorrow for the weekend. My oldest friend (we've been friends since we were nine) with her husband and almost-six year old daughters.
