Well...I just got done doing my hair!!!!

I knew that would keep me awake, as I always end up with red ears due to frustration!!!!

I have naturally curly hair, and when I straighten it....well, lets just say....it is a very irritating job!!!!

Now, after over an hour, it's nice and straight!!!!

I'm too tired to MOVE (working around here), and too tired to THINK (school work), but...in an hour...I go and get the son....and THEN....aaaahhhhhh....a nice nap!!!!!

Maybe....I'll just force myself!!!!

I KNOW....I'll play the time game!!!!! I'll go in "ONE" room, and see how much progress I can make in 1 hour!!!! AND....I'll add one more thing that should prompt some results....I'll have to report back to you what I get done!!!!

Oh...I could easily spend an hour in here, but the problem is...I never just stay in one room, and then, you just can't tell that I did anything!!!

See you in just short of an hour!!!!

Why dont you set yourself a goal, to unpack one box a day? Maybe then you'll see some progress.

Just sitting down with my lunch, leftover chicken from the barbeque. It is yummy. Yesterday, we ate at the mexican. I only had two bowls of salsa and a taco salad without the shell (my new favorite there). Lets just say I'm feeling the pain of it today.

Tomorrow night, hubby is picking Meghan up, they are going to a hockey game and then she is staying the rest of the weekend. Next weekend, hubby is flying to Holland.

It's not just the unpacking...it's the arranging!!! I'm way too picky!!!! I just hung up one thing in the kitchen, put my wedding crystal away, and "arranged" one countertop...and that took me an hour!!!! When I hang something...I measure the wall, and find the exact spot to hang something...I even get my level out!!! So, I'll just keep plugging away at it, but...I'm going to quit going from room to room, and stick to one room til it's done. Then, it will look like I'm doing something. I turned on some Nora Jones, and just got moving...Now...I'm not tired again???

ONLY two bowls of salsa?

I liked Tooter's suggestion for the sour cream mixed with a little salsa on taco salad. It sounds good. Also, I know that I've read how to make "chips" from cheese somewhere. I know that I am going to make this in the near future, as it would be cheap, and handy to just keep in the fridge for a few lunches. Plus, for some reason, I have a strange craving for taco salad????

I'm sorry...Pear!!! I wish that you could've gone to Holland too!!!

Well, I have to go and get the son!!! Talk with you later!!!

Should I nap for 2-3 hours....or just stay up?

Sometimes, if I just take a nap...I end up more tired!!! I do have a very busy night though!!! Maybe, I should take a little nap!!!!

Or...should I continue on in the kitchen, and just deal with my tiredness tomorrow?

Well....

I tried to take a nap. I don't know what's wrong with me, but I couldn't sleep. So, I got up and worked in the kitchen some more. Sometimes, when I get over-tired, I can't sleep...and then...the next day, I crash!!! I don't get it!!!

I made the fish for supper!!! It was yummy...and inexpensive!!! I think that it will become a staple in our menu.

This time:

I fried the salmon in butter...seasoned them with garlic salt and red pepper

I had steamed broccoli and cauliflower

The son had: green beans and fried potato with his fish!!

My fish....I dunked each bite in melted butter...as though it was lobster or something, and it was REALLY good.
My steamed veggies had lots of butter with a sprinkle of parmesan...also, really good.

I am now stuffed, as I wasn't real hungry to begin with.

So, today:

4 eggs
2 hotdogs
montery jack cheese
butter

pork rinds

2 salmon fillets
1 cup broccoli/cauliflower
parmesan
butter, butter, and more butter

Now, I have to go and do the dishes...and then...go clean all night!!! I should work off some of the food that I ate today!!!!

So, unless I check in when I get home...wich you will then be sleeping...I'll talk to you tomorrow!!!!

I stopped at Kohls on my way home again armed with the $5 off coupon I got for signing up for their newsletter and picked up 4 more pairs of khakis for $22 (which includes tax).

Tooter, do any of your dogs talk to you? Andy has taken up "talking" and from his body language, he is really trying to tell us something. He moves his mouth while making noises and he sounds really funny.
