Hey, Ailuros... I can wrap my legs behind my head. I only do one at a time. Tried both at the same time once. Not too bright. I almost broke my nose falling on my face!

Actually, that's one of the things I've never been able to do. I can bite my toe

. But I have relatively short arms and legs and a long back, and it makes some things easier and some harder. The leg behind your head one not exactly easy, but more likely if you have long legs.

That picture's about two years old. I was feeling a bit of a fraud, because I haven't done it lately, so I just went and tried. I can still do it, but I don't do that kind of thing very often, because there's only so much time, and building up strength is more useful than doing wacky contortions.

I could do that many moons ago. A friend just sent me a couple of yoga dvd's - I really need to start practicing again. I remember feeling so great when I did yoga. I used to liken it to "getting a massage from within". All my aches and pains (I was a waitress and a bartender, so I had lots!) were gone!

Hmmm...

I really need to get off my duff and do something, that's for sure! I think I have my eating under control, now I need to take the next step.

I just had a phone call from my parents, who are on their way back from holiday and asked if they could drop in for lunch on their way home. I don't know if it's just lunch, or if they'll stay tonight. Anyway, if I'm not on-line, that's why.
