Morning gals:

I weighed 208.2 this morning... *YAY*

Jean, slow down. Keep that saran wrap on the floors, keeps them clean longer. If David asks, tell him its the new "thing" to do. Quite fashionable. Since its California, he'd probably just roll his eyes and believe you.

Click, hope you got Aaron signed up for school ok and that things are going ok on the job front. Looking forward to an update.

Tooter, the only weight loss Heidi's has had is in her photoshopping fingers.

Poor hubby, his body is just falling apart from those long night shifts. He's had a terrible headache and his joints are very painful. His whole body hurts. He soooo needs a new job ~ days only.

I feel so bad for him, yet there is nothing I can do.

Pear on your loss...

I hope your hubby can get away from nights and on to days.. Nights are not fun at all, for anyone. You, him, families... Is is looking for something, for days?

I did shift work for a while in my 20s, and hated feeling wrecked all the time when I was on nights. And the older people all said that it got much harder as they got older - but they liked the camaraderie, being there when all the day workers were out... and the extra money. I stayed about 18 months then had an opportunity to get back to working days, and grabbed it. Hope your husband can find something, Pear.

I'm Granddoggy Sitting today.

"Nugget" is visiting. He and "Mr. Higgins" are best Buds. They adore each other.

Nugget is my "Marine" (2nd son's) boxer. No wonder Mr. Higgins thinks he is a boxer and not a Bulldogge. That's all he is around.

They are all (4 of them) Running around, playing in the house. The 3 boxers look so regal and Graceful. Leaping and jumping in the air.

Then, there is Mr. Higgins.

He think's he is doing the same thing, but he looks like those Hippo's in the Disney Movie "Fantastia", with the Tutus and dancing around.

He Cracks me the hell up.

Hubby has rheumatoid arthritis, which he controls pretty well with his diet. The things his boss makes him do sometimes comvinces me that she wants him to go on disability. She has no respect for his condition. He is also grossly underutilized. He keeps getting stuck doing gruntwork because they are so shorthanded, instead of doing the management he was hired to do. He is also trying to keep his clients and other projects happy with no hours to devote to them.He is actively looking for other work. He has a company interested that would be a good fit, but he doesn't want to get his hopes up.

OMG!! I am going to have to find a Tutu for Mr. Higgins, take a pic and post it!! ROFLMAO

You just can't help but love the guy. He is this over grown, loveable oaf. Not a mean bone in his body...and let's not forget my story about him seeing a mouse! Some protector!! But, he is intimidating to look at, if you didn't know him.

He has his tail cropped like the Boxers. It's different then the English bulldogs. Their cropped tails kinda curl, like a pigs. Olde English Bulldogges are cropped like boxers and they "stand up" when alert, except...Higgin's is the size of a coke can!!

His boss sounds like a real pistol. I remember the story of her making him lose a job because she didn't think he was qualified.

I'm still learning and playing with my new hair cut. It's one of those Short, Sassy, funky, messy looking hair cuts. Like you have bad bed hair that looks sort of good?

Yes I have several pictures where I've set the camera timer then rushed round to try and stand casually in front before it goes off. The hardest was when I did it to demonstrate a yoga posture for somebody, and had ten seconds to run in front of the camera and tie myself in knots .
