Good morning Allies! Last day of work before we have the long weekend! Did Cardioblast yesterday and then called it a day. I had to make the birthday cake and then run out and buy powdered sugar for icing since I refuse to keep sugar in the house these days! So now all I have left to do is decorate the cake. Looking forward to 15 princesses tonight! Should be fun. I think I'm prepared! Planning to do Step Aerobics and Abs after work today.

I decided to keep the blue hair. It is really more of a silver blue and just some streaks in the front. After I got used to it, I decided I quite liked it. And DBF loves it, too!

Jillian - Actual birthday yesterday, party tonight. on the -1lb and the great dress! Size 6 - AWESOME!!! And royal blue is one of my favorite colors! I DEMAND pictures!

Sandy - on getting a job. And you get the job at the gym! That would keep you motivated to work out! Plus you would have access to trainers so you could change up your routine!

Sailor - So good to hear from you! Congrats on being a new Auntie! I love new babies - as long as they are someone else's!!!! They smell so nice!

Hi Allies,

Just checking in to say a quick hello. No gym today because I was having some weird nose bleeds and went to the ear, nose and throat doctor this morning who said I had a "bad" vessel and cauterized it. It sounds worse than it was, but my nose and by association, my mouth are pretty sore. So I took some Tylenol and am trying to take it easy.

Maryam: I'm thinking of you and the 15 princesses tonight. I hope you're keeping your sanity! You just have to post a photo of the blue hair, it sounds cool!

Good Morning Allies! Great Workout yesterday. And I survived the princess party! The girls all had loadsof fun! I was ready for bed long before they were all ready to go home! DBF and I got up this morning and went for a long run! Now he is cooking breakfast and then we are gonna take the kids for a picnic/bbq in the park!

Hi Allies,

It looks like we've all been busy, but I'm back to say hello. I had the greatest day yesterday -- first, brunch with one close friend I haven't seen in months and we laughed almost non-stop for two hours, then coffee and shopping with a newer friend who loves to shop as much as I do. Then DH and I went out for a romantic dinner. I've been looking for gifts and cards and it seems endless. Between our friends, family, and colleagues, we have almost every religion covered, so it all begins this Tuesday night with the start of Hanukkah and goes right through the month. Fortunately, we head to Cabo on Dec. 22, so we'll be lounging in the sun come Christmas and Kwanzaa! We'll be getting together and giving out presents before we leave.

I've been doing well with the eating, but not working out as much as I'd like. I'm definitely going to the gym tonight and at least three times this week. That's my promise to myself and my commitment to helping us get across America!

I hope you're all enjoying your weekend and doing well. I'll check in later or tomorrow to post more miles.

Daisy How's it going?

I haven't been posting much because I haven't been exercising and no miles to contribute. I start work tomorrow and once I get settled with that I'll be actively looking to find a gym.

One thing I've realized this season. For me personally; on a scale of 1 - 10 ( 10 being the most important) eating is a 10 and exercising is a 9.

What I mean is that for me personally it all starts with my eating.
