Your WOE - Atkins, S4L, WW, etc. (It doesn't matter really, but it will help with feedback if you ask for advice and such later down the road!) Weight Watchers d. Stats - To track progress (i.e., starting weight/current weight/goal weight… similar for other goals) 247.2/247.2/230 e. Measurements for the following: Didn't measure yet Sorry I was late posting but we ended up going camping and of course I ate too much and drank too much, but today is a new beginning. I am ready to kick it overdrove and eat right AND exercise. I did exercise Friday night ...walked about 35 minutes... but of course camping did me in Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. Let's make this month COUNT!!!
