Morning Bonnie...and everyone else....Wow, Jamie's going to have a long day!
I am up and getting ready for a little road trip, just the frenchies and me! We are going to visit Roy's Mom in Janesville, WI. Randy was going to go with but looks like rain today. There is an airshow going on up there....
Mary is going to look at Coffee and see if she is turning out ok for showing...and going to give Roy some hugs to boot. She loves Roy! Sold him to me as a pet and he turned out a Champion.....Bought Coffee to become a Champion and probably will turn out a very nice pet! LOL That would be my luck....Actually, last weekend when we went to the Chicago French Bulldog Meetup I got alot of compliments on her....Don't really matter to me...she is one of my three babies!
Bonnie: How is Kitty doing? Can you tell a big difference now with the teeth pulled?

Thanks for asking, Marie. The handyman has been doing a really good job....being VERY careful. And the playroom is pretty dry - we borrowed a wet/dry vac and dehumidifier and it worked pretty well. Hopefully he will be done today. The tile is gorgeous. Can't open the side bathroom door because of it, but I assume our handyman will shave the bottom of the door.

Wow, sounds great Lori! I like it when good things come of something not so good! Yes, Randy has had to trim the bottom of doors....
Just looked at the weather and looks like I will be driving through rain today...hope they turn out to be wrong.... I hate driving in the rain but I will be taking a lesser traveled scenic route....Mapquest wants me to go up toward Chicago but did that for the meetup last week or so and

the road construction was HORRIBLE....ahhhh, Summertime! Catch up with you all later! Have a wonderful Sunday!

She is like a different kitty. She is perkier and more loving than normal. Yesterday she even jumped on the couch and nudged Speckles in the nose

Safe travels Marie!

I feel like it's about 7pm

The ride this morning was AWESOME!! So far the cyclists are on track to hit their target of $27 million for cancer research and cure

I did a TON of massages, passed out a lot of Advil and Vaseline (for chafing....eek!) and met a lot of really nice people. I will do it again next year for sure!

Lori...glad renovations are going well

Bonnie....glad Kitty is feeling better

The avi of Speckles is so precious. I have to get computer savvy and learn how to take post pictures. My doggie child Emma is a "looker"!!!

Had 2 open houses today. Some good leads. But now I am watching Tiger once again as in every time he has been here, tear up the course. I think when I go to work tomorrow at Bridgestone Firestone that they might as well rname the Firestone Country Club to the Tiger Woods Country Club!!

Only bad press the players are getting is their cursing. I guess Tiger really throws out the F bomb. Hopefully they will all be more aware after the bad press!!

Good afternoon....

Dinner is in the oven and the living room and kitchen are covered in camping gear/stuff'/food....we are leaving early tomorrow morning and will be back next Saturday...we have 3 campsites close together....my sister and her family are on one...my friend and her 2 daughters have one and I have one for Kate, Wyatt, my brother and myself...my brother's tent is the man tent....one of my neices is bringing her boyfriend so he has to stay on my site....

oceans - the picture of Speckles is from my cell phone. I have one of Kitty that I will put up later. Posting pictures is easy if you have them on your computer already. You can either use a photo hosting site and post it via the img tag or use the attachment feature of LCF where you upload it right from your computer.

We had a great time at the campsite with the kids

I got a couple of pictures of Melisa - I will try to post one tomorrow since I'm too tired to mess with the camera tonight.

Morning!!!!

What a nice weekend... Casey and I decided to go to Goodwill, We got a brand new Espresso/cappuccino maker, a pink Camo tent for Casey for the back yard, I found a pair of shorts in 10s (Little Wooohoo for me!

) I found Casey a few Mary Kate and Ashley tops brand new with tags, 2 belts and a pair of brand new dress shoes for School
Needless to say when I got home I made a cappuccino for Ken. Then I went back out looking for another pair of shorts so that I would have a few to wear, found a pair half off at Meijer. Not sure what took me there, I checked Target, Walmart first. I came home and whipped up some more coffee. They were so strong and frothy! Ken said it was better then Starbucks, and look at the money we can save! I did realize now exactly how much 1/2 and 1/2 they use!

I wont be making them all the time! Maybe pick up Carb countdown milk and mix it with 1/2 and 1/2.

Hopefully I get a chance to get a picture taken today or tomorrow of the hair color and cut...

This is a record Casey, you put it on what they call a turn table, turn it on so that it goes in a circle, and you place a needle on the song you want. She made me feel so old!!

My trip was nice...although started out driving for about 1 hour in the rain then it cleared up! 2 1/2 hours to Roy's Mom Mary's house and stayed for about 4 hours then 2 1/2 hours home...I thought I was taking her to lunch and didn't eat breakfast...NOT....needless to say on the way home I was so hungry and the pooches were too (even though they ate in the morning) we stopped at McD's and I didn't want to take time for a salad so ordered 1 hamburger and 1 cheeseburger no ketchup. I ate the cheeseburger and fed the dogs the hamburger. Had a light dinner....thought I would be up this a.m. but not!

The bad: Disappointed - only one down

Stayed OP all week, even at the fair and the campsite, plus did a lot of walking all weekend. Oh well, it will come.

The good: Both D and Dana can tell I've lost weight

That is a huge motivator!

Diana - when I make espressos in my machine, I mix a little bit of heavy whipping cream with water for my "milk". 1/4 cup is 205 calories and 2 carbs and I don't think I even use that much.

I need to make something to bring to our birthday potluck so I better scoot. I didn't like the cauliflower "potato" salad I made this weekend so I need to come up with something quick

Well, took my birthday $$ from Krystle and bought a new pair of Crocs, a new pair of New Balance walking tennies and some new shirts. The bad news is my DS said he would give me some $$ for my birthday and when I went shopping I used his $$ (charged on cc) but he hasn't given it to me...I thought he would over the weekend and I would just put it on my cc.

I HATE asking for it....

WOE: WW Momentum Start Date: recommited 12/10/08	My trip was nice...although started out driving for about 1 hour in the rain then it cleared up! 2 1/2 hours to Roy's Mom Mary's house and stayed for about 4 hours then 2 1/2 hours home...I thought I was taking her to lunch and didn't eat breakfast...NOT....needless to say on the way home I was so hungry and the pooches were too (even though they ate in the morning) we stopped at McD's and I didn't want to take time for a salad so ordered 1 hamburger and 1 cheeseburger no ketchup. I ate the cheeseburger and fed the dogs the hamburger. Had a light dinner....thought I would be up this a.m. but not!

Thanks for saying what you thought of that potato salad recipe...I thought of making it but then didn't think I would like it....Hope you figure out something to make!

WOE: WW Momentum Start Date: recommited 12/10/08	Well, took my birthday $$ from Krystle and bought a new pair of Crocs, a new pair of New Balance walking tennies and some new shirts. The bad news is my DS said he would give me some $$ for my birthday and when I went shopping I used his $$ (charged on cc) but he hasn't given it to me...I thought he would over the weekend and I would just put it on my cc. I HATE asking for it....
