Amy, when you scan your pics from the camera, do a preview and crop off all the backgroud you dont need before the actual scan. Do you have a photo shop program where you can resize them?

i don't have a digital camera but I'll ask my friend to do a crop and resize as needed when she takes a birthday pic with hers...the one i did is a scan of my staff id badge. all my other pics are in storage right now!

i was just adding my mini-goal to my signature just now when i realized that i may not see it anytime soon since i should expect a weight stall with the cla/gla combo, right? i waited until dropping into onderland before starting the combo but am now kind of wishing i had waited until 190.

oh well, i've already started the combo...so full steam ahead and i'll just wait for the scale to catch up later on!

Hello everybody! I finally dropped into the 140's today! Woo Hoo! And TOM is still here and so I'm claiming it! My abs are finally sore from callanetics. I must be doing it better.

Trisha: you are going to look so beautiful in that dress! Haven't worn one in 10 years? wow. you are going to knock those other mine workers on their butts! i hope you have a blast at the party. (hehehe, get it? blast? mine? i know, i'm a dork!!!)

And with a hottie like that on your arm, you already have the perfect accessory to go with the perfect dress. you guys are too cute.
Sorry to hear that you can't do alot of the callanetics. i agree, get the butt and thighs one. they are great exercises and i want everyone to share in the fun!

i'm considering stopping the gla. i'm getting zits and it's driving me nutty! i'm giving it another week, becasue i haven't been drinking the water i need to be. so i'll force the water down and see if it's from that. otherwise........i'll have to slow the effects but i'm sure i would still see improvement from the cla alone. i just hate looking like a pimply faced 13 year old!!!

I went this weekend and found a pair of jeans that I liked... Levi Strauss (I refuse to buy more expensive til I'm where I wanna be) I have one pair of these that are size 8 but they are not mid rise or low rise... Anyway, I got a size 8 mid rise and got them home and washed them.... I shoulda tried them on.... they are baggy!!!! I am going to try to return them for a size 6. Yes I said 6!!!!!!!

Hi all and welcome to the newbies. I take the liquid CLA and the borage oil caps - 2 a day of the caps. I also have been taking the GTF chromium daily since I started low carbing again (about 8 weeks since my reinduction). I still get some sweet cravings so I don't know about the chromium - maybe I should take more of it. LOL. I should be plenty full just from all the supplements I take! Who has room for food?

It's day 4 for me, and I'm not sure if it's the combo, the exercises I'm doing, or maybe my inches catching up to the weightloss, but I'm down a 1/4" on the lower abs. And this is heavy Auntie Flo day, too! Woo hoo!

Trish--You will definitely knock Tom off his feet in that sexy little number, not to mention everyone at the Christmas party. Be sure to show us pics! And that picture of Tom is great. He really looks so handsome. I'll bet he'll look as cute as a button in that bikini bottom, too!

well i decided for some reason to not stop the gla. i have no idea why i changed my mind, but i was doing a netrition order and my hand just bought some more. i also bought some chromium. maybe that will help things too. how much chromium do you guys take each day? and how much gla? i just read a thing that said to take a 200 mcg chromium with every meal (3x's a day). does that sound right? cuz thats different than what the bottle's recommended dose is. thanks guys!!!!

also, fyi, netrition raised the price of shipping. it's $7.65 now.
