Hi Ladies! Im also in Central Jersey. I started Atkins again last month, and the support would be great! Also, anyone have any local restaurant suggestions? I'm getting tired of the same old stuff.

Welcome Iris, I try not to dine out but when I want a nice cut of steak for a reasonable price I like Arthurs which is in Morrisplains. Locally we will go to RedLobster, CharlieBrowns, BoneFish Grill. There are always resturants which you can tweak the menu to fit your lowcarb specifications.
