I just purchased The Metabolism Miracle by Diane Kress. I know I can do this.

Not anymore, I was in Tulsa from 2000-2004. I'm in Orlando, FL now. The Metabolism Miracle sounds interesting. I'll have to look into that one. I hope you find a weightloss buddy near you.
