Hey Christie...I was born in Hamilton but, unfortunately, I now live in Arkansas. I visit my Mom in Toronto twice a year though...does that count?

Hi back Keptewe! It counts! But I sure would love to have a local LC buddy! My friends cant get t through their head that I cant have "a bite" when we are at a restaurant!! I know it wont kill me, but it will kill my ketosis!

I can sure relate...I don't have anyone in my "real" world that eats like I do. It would be nice not to have to explain my choices every time there is food involved. Hope someone who is closer to you will get in touch...good luck!

I just thought I'd say hello because my husband is from Hamilton! He's been here in Texas with me for going on 6 years, though. I'm hoping that we'll be able to make a trip up there next year.
