July seemed to go super duper slow!!..

Super sore traps and biceps today, oh keeps going..dont overtain your chest..do your back/legs etc etc.. couldnt resist a quick chest press this morning, cardio and bicep stuff

Trainer tommorow...told him NO CARDIO...lol lets see what happens..isnt until 3pm so going to be starvin hungry till then!

Enjoy the evening all..its hootttt..too hot for me!

was really hot fore a while then thru it down, was lucky as dh was cutting my friends hedge and we just got it finished before the rain came.. no thunder tho which surprised me

just had a glass of wine, not really to my taste tho so dh is drinking the rest lol

Ahhh... I have had great weather. It was in the 80's today and my best friend and I spent it on the lake. Just a girls day and it was really nice. I am a bit brown around the edges but that is ok...nice to be in the sun and be lazy.

My food is on track and my gym moved locations so it has been closed for two weeks but they are giving everyone a free month. SO...that is bonus. I hope to be back on track and I hope to walking with the girls soon. They have it in their head they want to do a 5k at Thanksgiving. I am there anyway because I work it for the charity event. But I said I might give it ago.

aah Cosmic..weather sounds lovely..although I couldnt hack it.. I am going mad here at 22 degree..LOL

Gym this afternoon, was dyin this morning, went in the bath..drank a tonne to try and flush things though..aching from yesterdays chest session..dont think I will able to lift heavy today.. maybe some heavy leg work..got my trainer..ugh..I am going to pitiful..to make things worse TOM mystically arrived..never bleed through my pill...aaaaah! in pain..and literally in pain..lollll.. wish me luck ladies..lets hope he isnt in bootcamp mode..i will cry!!

Dancer it was a nice day because it wasn't to hot and not humid. This summer has been mild with regards to humidity. So it has been pretty nice. But you keep waiting on those really hot days where is sucks the breath out of you. I hope we make it a whole summer with out one of those.

Anyway, I am off to help a friend pack up her house. She just got her PhD in Maths and is moving to Arizona. I am going to miss her a bunch. But her and her husband want to see the world a bit. He a computer dude and he can move at will. Must be nice to have skills where you can name your price. Anyway, I told her to expect a visit.

I don't plan to exercise today but I will keep my food pretty much on track. I hope everyone has a really good day.

been a busy little bee today have plum jam simmering on hob along with courgette chutney, have frozen some runner beans and pickled some beetroot .. u should smell my kitchen!!! lol

have planted some more beetroot and radish and pulled my first even carrot, i was childishly pleased with it at about 4inches long lol

hope eveyrone else is having a good sunday

I loved Harry Potter. Think they get better and better, mor great acting and slightly fewer effects, brilliant.

Neighbours popping over for a drink any minute, it is warm and pleasant, though we don't get evening sun on our patio.

i would love the weather you're having cosmic.i'm
such a sunshine girl.
awful day yesterday,then to top it off,i made a huge mistake
while cleaning out one of my fish tanks,and ended up with
about 60lts of water on my carpet.
however on an up note,thankfully we have a vax and was able
to suck it up.

the sun is shining here,and i hope everyone has a great day.

I had some trouble with asthma yesterday, but it seems to be OK this morning. My brother and his wife are arriving this afternoon for a few days. I'd better get some shopping done and make sure their room is habitable.

Part of the problem is that it's fairly new, so I don't always know what will set it off, or what to do about it. I'm sure I'll get better at managing it after a while. Though I'd rather not have to!

dancer thought of u yesterday was watching this program about female body builders, they were EXTREME, looked and sounded like men not a good look, think it was called supersize she

sun shining here today too (at the moment) am off to gym and then meeting a friend for coffee, taking my mind off ds being all on his own at camp, hes prob having a great time its me thats worried lol
