Where In New Jersey Or PA Are You?

If you're in NJ please let me know. I'm looking for weight loss friends in the NJ area for trying out places to eat, exercising and general support on the way to weight loss.

Personally I am in the South Jersey/Philly area. I travel all over NJ for fun though so I'm looking forward to hearing from anyone.

I had a hard time finding good places to eat out but now I've got some good favorites. I've been biking a lot. There are new trail guides in our state. I can't wait to do some more exploring.

So where are some of these places you've gone to eat? I'm having a hard time finding options. I find myself getting bored...and that's dangerous..lol.

I'm Chris. I'm new here. Been on here only a week.

I am from Brick, NJ. Right next to Point Pleasant and Toms River in Central NJ.

I love exercise.

I am very much looking for friends.

Someone on here suggested that I look all over for friends from New Jersey.

Thanks for responding. I hope you're doing well.

I've been here a couple of years now. I moved from California. I like it here though, it's pretty nice. South Jersey is fun. From time to time I get up to Central but not too often.

I am currently training for the City To Shore ride in October. I'm so excited about it. I typically ride in Medford Lakes. I've had a bad week for training but not for low carbing. Even though I have family here for an extended visit, I can easily stick to the plan but I've worked hard to get myself mentally prepared to stick to LC during all circumstances.

I'm about 10 miles or so from Philly, in Camden County. Been here a few years, a South Carolina native myself and is my dream to visit California since I was a kid! Nice 2 meet ya! Trying to lose this baby weight plus PPD weight as well, and going out is the worst when no one's LCing with you.

There is a place called McKenzie's that serves an awesome portebella cheese faux cheese steak...it's to die for.
