Going to be living in Ocean County! Any support groups or any locals?

I'm from Jersey too....but I live in Salem County and where it is mostly farming country.

I don't know any support groups or even anyone who lives close to where I am but I am hoping. It's always nice to actually get to know a person but these boards are pretty friendly from what I've seen.

I am usually in lurk mode.

Hi Everyone I am in Essex county. Maybe we should have a weekly or Biweekly phone conference to keep everyone motivated.

I have been trying to lose 20 pounds for the past 2 years and I only gained. I am so frustrated. I successfully did the low carb plan and lost about 6 pounds once but I gained it all back. My problem is taht I never stick to the plan. Someone please help
