any Springfield,Missouri area low carbers?
Hoping to find some locals to start with.
my starting weight is 178, 5"6 goal is to be 145 by october 10th. I have previously lost 28 lbs in 6 weeks on low carb ,then i spent 2 weeks in the hospital with my daughter and got off track. ( friends and family bringing fast food cards) Anyway it would be nice nice to have someone for support.. |
