ah, I suffer from hay fever, yet I noticed the first time I did low carb and was super strict and got down to the 120s, my hay fever disappeared. Now the fat has returned from it's holiday, so has the hay fever. mmmmmm strange?

Ohh my food is on track...I can't wait to get through tomorrow then I will be in the grove completely. I have to do a grocery shop....YUCK!!! Trying to think of what I need to get. I am off to Curves in a bit and then I will go and walk. Sometimes being a grown up really REALLY bites the big one. Ohh well....

Today has been beautiful. I have been going threw cookbooks with my mom. Trying to shrink her collection. Ohh and I am the wedding planner for my Cousin's wedding in Dec. I need to get a book on this so that I know what I am doing. I have been in enough so I should know what I am doing.

Practise for your own one day! Glad the eating is on plan. Mine isn't too bad.

Been to see a new musical in the West end this afternoon. 'Marguerite' it is called, very good but not an all singing, all dancing kind though really interesting.

On the way home we sat in the sunshine and drank a bottle of rose and had a few tapas.

Life is good.

Kissa you make me smile. I am looking forward to seeing the Mama Mia Movie that is coming out next month. It looks really good. But I now love ABBA music after living in the UK. SO I can't wait.

OK...I think I am on Day four on my new 8 week plan. SO far so good. Food is on track and exercise is on track. I even got all my water in YEAH ME!!!

I am so confused this week. I keep thinking today is Wednesday. WOW!!! Where did the week go?

How's the weather everywhere? It is RAINING here! Not good, as I have an all dayer music giggage going on this weekend. My local is called The Ferret, and every year they turf the entire place out with grass, build a barbie in the back and put bands on all weekend, voila - Glaston-Ferret! Then Sunday evening off to Manchester for Radiohead! Oh yes! Am broke this month now, that Radiohead ticket set me back £50! eeeeek

No wonder I haven't been to the gym in weeks, bearing in mind tomorrow is Results Day here at the University so in summer I try and keep to normal working hours, means I can be done by about 5ish then off to gym. Currently still at work and promised my friend I would help out with her Brownie Pack tonight so need to get going soon!

Had a frantic Body Attack class this morning where I must have burnt off half a leg in calories!

Had a bit of cake at tea time, tiny bit, but still cake! Not supposed to matter as I trying IE, but the truth is I was not hungry at all, just greedy....

What a beautiful day it is today. My niece and her DH are staying here this weekend so that they can attend a wedding today and they have a perfect afternoon for it.

It was fun helping her do her makeup and dressing, she is doing one of the readings.

Out to dinner with neighbours this evening, hope you are all enjoying the weather.

I can't believe June is over. School starts back August 7th, wow it will be here before I know it. But I miss working, nah I like being a woman of leisure. I am still working on sorting out my license. However it is a holiday weekend this weekend and lots of people are on vacation. SO....needless to say....I will be watching the fireworks. Food is on track and exercise is too. I think the Goat Farmer is coming to see me. I hope so.

went to a farmers market at weekend and there was this guy doing chutneys but they were sugar free!!!.... had a good chat with him and hes making them with xylitol and now has 3 different kinds including a mango chutney and is working on a onion one.. better still he does all the markets round here so i can get hold of them easy... btw kissa he lives in leigh on sea

Mango Chutney is lush....I miss the farmer's markets there. Our in my little ity bity town isn't that great. However, I did get some really great tomatos this past weekend.

I had a great time at my turfed out pub on Saturday, and Radiohead were good on Sunday night, though I didn't like them, they are far too gloomy for me! Roll on next week. The weather cannot seem to make up its mind at the moment.

Saw French film tonight "Couscous", two and a half hours long, which had been so well reviewed.......it was at least an hour too long and we were going mad by the end of it!
