Hi ladies,

I was just browsing the thread and lucked upon this site. Hey Meek(been knowing you for awhile ). I live in PGCo and work in Arlington..so I commute through DC everday to avoid the highway traffic. Been doing it for over 4yrs so it's now getting old .
Meek, you're doing wonderful with sticking to plan..you'll make a beautiful bride. So you feel A72 is better than DANDR? I may try it..seem to be stuck losing and gaining the same 4-5lbs.

How's everyone else doing on their plan?

Thanks for dropping by! I really like A72... it's a much purer version and the results are remarkable You should try it! I'm apart of an A72 by the book team... everyone there is following the plan to the letter. Please come join us. We would love to have you.
