Hi there. Anyone from Portland? I've been eating low carb for about 6 years now, and would love to trade local tips (good low-carb food at restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) from any Portland-area folks.

Portland Farmers Market is always great, and I often go to the Hollywood FM because it's closer to my neighborhood. Whereabouts in southern Oregon are you, exactly?
