Hi everyone!
![]() I haven't posted because I'm very boring at the moment. ![]() Weight is stable, maintaining nicely, no more weightloss at this moment, so that's good. Food-wise I am not restricting myself too much, just trying to make sensible choices. Love-life-wise I am still the same, so totally and completely happy and in love, LOL! ![]() This weekend not much is happening, just relaxing I think. It is going to be raining here (still!!! I think the whole month of may has pretty much been wet and humid, not nice!) so I'm doing chores, shopping, etc, and staying inside with BF! ![]() I've got a wonderful girl who comes once a week to clean my appartment, so I don't have to worry about that! Menu for today: B: Coffee L: big green salad with some walnuts and olive oil dressing, chicken breast with grilled veggies. D: Dunno, at this moment I haven't got a clue and I need to go shopping! Have a lovely weekend everyone! ![]() |

Wandering around the town in the morning I expect, no idea what later, may go out to dinner in the evening if I'm lucky.
FIL coming to lunch on Sunday, that seems to take up most of the day. The family left this morning so I cleaned the house from top to bottom and the washing machine hasn't stopped running. I loved having them here but 3 children in the house is not our normal way of life anymore! I am enjoying having the house back. |

Induction starts again Monday. Only because I have to go to a wedding tomorrow. Can you believe May is over?
I went to a concert last night. I saw Hank jr (country, rhythm and blues) and Lynyrd Skynyrd (southern rock). I added that because you might not know who they are. Anyway, it was awesome and I can't wait to see them again. It was so good. WOW!!!! Recovering today, cleaning house, and making potato salad for the wedding tomorrow. The bride wanted it at the reception. It is a BBQ type reception and a very small wedding. So looking forward to that. I let my redneck outlaw woman side show last night!! I had such a good time.

I had a great day in the sunshine, at last!
Walked up the river from Budliegh Salterton to the Ottery Mill were tea was taken, then back to Budliegh. Perfect weather just because the half term is over... |

Wow, is it over? It must be a bit early this year. I thought it ended in early june. Maybe I'm wrong.
Your walk sounds lovely. The BBQ we went to was smashing. It was by the sea with some beautiful yachts around. The kind that have sails. Can someone tell me why gin palaces are also called yachts. I was brought up to think of yachts as boats with sails and now I am confused. |

It is odd about yachts isn't it? Remember it was the Royal Yacht Britannia too.
I used to sail in little dinghies when I was a teenager living in Kuwait in the early 60's, good fun it was too. Cooked roast pork for FIL, now lounging around and watching Sleepless in Seattle. |

Hmm, will I ever solve the yacht riddle? Well probably not, LOL. I have loved canoeing on the lake at Butlins and have always fancied doing it here. I hope one day I do. On flat water in nice weather...
One thing I do know, is it is JUNE now and we are still on the May thread, LOL!!! |
