28 days to MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND...

vacation. (continued from main bulletin board). On any day that there is no rain forecast from May 23rd thru May 28th 2008, expect to find me between 13:00 & 14:00 hrs (1:00pm thru 2:00 pm) sitting on a bench in front of the NY Aquarium on the boardwalk in Brooklyn. I would love to see as many lowcarbsfriends as possible. I have also informed my Weight Watchers friends as well. Don't forget to bring your sunscreen oils or lotions. I am definitely going to ride the Cyclone & Wonderwheel (assuming i fit). I understand I turn a lovely shade of green getting off the CYCLONE. I myself am having 2 nathans franks & sauerkraut & mustard w/o the buns of course(maybe 3) Whatever few carbs there are in franks will be burned off. Not only am i doing a 4 hour walk from 9:am to 1 PM, but i will be walking home from Coney island, a minimum of 2 hours. We should not avoid having fun out of fear. I have wasted too many years doing just that. Besides, I wouldn't let you give in to the dark side of the force in my presence. I cannot force you to come, but i would like to see you and everyone else as well. Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI (time & tide wait for no low carber).

I don't care if it is 30 below zero. I am only asking for 4 out of 6 days of no rain. Again I would really love to see some low carb friends at my BBC(BACK TO THE BEACH CHALLENGE). The challenge for me was not to gain it all back over the winter. I put back only 10 lbs. VICTORY!!! I can be found between 1:00pm & 2:00PM sitting on a bench on the boardwalk by the NYC Aquarium. At 2:00pm sharp, i am heading toward the CYCLONE. It would be so nice to have some company. (if it should rain that day, i am out of there, probably at a museum)Love & Profits: FLATFERENGHI
