Wow! I'm not from Scotland but have plans on visiting one day. Gotta love a man in a kilt. I have relatives just outside Edinburgh if that's enough to let me into the club. LOL

Good luck to you with low carbing and stay away from the haggis... it's very high in carbs.

LOL. I totally understand your point. However, I'm the adventurous type and wouldn't mind having some haggis... maybe after a few shots of whiskey?

Is Inverness up in northern Scotland?

Hi, I'm in Aberdeen. How difficult are you finding living in Inverness and being on a low carb eating plan? I find it quite hard here as it is so difficult getting ingrediants for recipies and also people are not very supportive.

Good luck with losing weight.

Chrissy

Lucky you. Snow. I miss the snow. All we ever get down here is ice. Ah well.

I live in Iceland ,just north of shetlands!I find it really hard to get things like sweeteners and ketone strips!I ordered splenda on the internet and am STILL waiting for it.I donīt even know whether it will get through customs!

Does anyone know how to use the liquid hermesetas?I found a bottle of that here, but it seems crazy sweet

Congrats on the weight loss, settler. I quit low carbing this month to join Weight Watchers since it just wasn't working out for me anymore and I got seriously bored with the food, too. Good luck to you, too!
