(6 lbs in 3 months - that's achievable?) I finally fitted into some old size 12 jeans yesterday, which means I am pretty much back to the size I was when I arrived in this lovely but fattening country! It can only get better from here!

I can't imagine most of the Wii Fit games to work for parties, although there are a few fun games. Not so many that a few people can play together, so Mario Olympics is a lot better for that sort of thing. But I have found it really good fun so far, a welcome change from my regular exercise DVDs.

hello. very well done on getting into the 10s! i'm still weighing in at 11 st exactly and the scales haven't budged since i lost 6 pounds in the first week of induction. i've now been going 2 weeks and 5 days and would so love to budge just a pound below to say i am 10 stone something! (not sure why i've not lost anything more since that first week. am sticking to the plan to the letter apart from an ice cream slip up a week ago! anyway, will keep plodding on and happy as long as the scales aren't going up...)

hope you are all well and enjoyed the sunshine yesterday. we had our first barbie of the year. wonderful way to eat for the low carber! we had steaks and home made burgers and lots of green salad. delish.

the xylitol i found in h&b has 4 carbs per teaspoon which seems quite high to me. is this the one you're using?

Nuss - well done! You are gonna look FAB for the wedding!!!! And 6lbs is very doable in 3 months!!!!!! You can do it!!!

Sandydown - Xylitol is artificial and sooooooooooooo not good for you! Stevia is natural and has ZERO effect on blood sugar levels. Our GNC carries several different brands in powder and liquid form.

Emlight - Sorry. I only use the powder coconut milk or fresh! But if you tell me what the can says maybe I can convert it for you!

Shy - What is Wii Fit Games? Never heard of it!

This Wii stuff is a total mystery to me.

Had an odd weekend. I was feeling ill on Saturday, just dizzy and nauseated most of the day, no idea why. It didn't make me eat off plan, and I only ate things that were on my meal plan for that day, but they were all mixed up and some missed off.

Oh well, felt better on Sunday and got all my meal prep done for the week. I can't wait for lunchtime. I made beef curry in the slow cooker on Saturday, for lunches this week and I can't wait to get my laughing gear round that.

Almost the end of April! Where did it go??

Hi everyone, how were your weekends?

I cannot wait to see the end of April, especially as it is payday soon!

Well I ended up buying Guitar Hero on EBay yesterday! My mum bought the Wii Fit and she really likes it. Though I think Tennis is still her fave game (mine too).

It is RAINING here! uughhh

OK so the exam was very hard. I am still a bit tired from the stress of the exam and the date. I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for the results. I felt ok about it but not great. After it was over I felt like crying from relief. It was just all the stress. There were some questions on there I had no clue about. But if I take it again, I will know more about it will be like. Which that is a massive plus for me.

The date went really well with my Goat Farmer. I know that one reason I really like him is because we are such good friends. I am still glowing. He loved the steaks. We actually will have a really funny story to tell about the grill. It wouldn't light. SO...we had to go and get more charcole for it and lighter fluid. Then I would look out the window and see massive flames. We just hung out and watched telly and laughed a lot. I got lots of really good kisses. I really like him best and I think I just need to stop fighting things.

Cosmic, I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a great exam result! Glad you can relax a little now! Also, I'm happy for you that things with Goat Farmer are going well, and yes, you should stop resisting things!!!!!

Here all is well, have had a wonderful weekend, went to the beach and did tons of relaxing with BF! Met some of his friends, who liked me, and he met my little sister who liked him! so far so good. He has also told me he loves me, and I did the same.... We are completely on the same page as to where we want this relationship to go, and we've stopped saying that it's going too fast, because it isn't the norm... I am just so happy, I can't stop the butterflies!!!!

My diet is back to the not being able to eat from all the butterflies phase. I'm really annoyed about this, and yesterday I managed to eat a reasonable amount for lunch, but afterwards felt sick... I am also suspecting it's all that bloody olive oil, food is positively floating in the stuff here! When I cook for myself I use about a quarter of what is used in restaurants, and then I can eat a lot more... I think I'm back to eating sushi every day....

xxx!

oooh love is in the air la la lala must be spring

junk hope u feel better today
alc.. how was the guitar thing?

just got back from the school where i had a 'discussion' about healthy school snacks,,, where i got told my son is a fussy eater cos he doesnt like fruit aherm then apparently it is ok to have cheese when its in a sandwich butnot on its own.. double aherm, but cereal bars are ok despite all the sugar and they made the list and thats what we must stick to.... AHERM!!??????..... hehe the teacher was gettingn terribly wound up and i stayed lovely and calm and told her well i will not suport something that makes no sense and we will have to disagree then turned round and walked out

i mean if there was a blanket ban on junk i wouldnt mind but this makes no sense at all u can only have sandwich, cereal bar or fruit (my son is gluten free so that cuts out 2 of them)... maybe i will send him in with a cheese sarnie and tell him not leave the bread then all will be fine lol

Thanks everyone. It's getting to the time when I will be too busy to eat or exercise properly, so I may end up back over 11 stone. Hope not though, or at least not too much over. Tried my dress on again yesterday and now it fits like a dream. I just hope I don't fall over on the hem as it is long! That would be embarrassing! At the moment I am concentrating more on trying to WILL good weather to appear over Switzerland on Friday. Please, please, please, I want a sunny wedding day!!

Alcmene, we have guitar hero too, it's fabulous! I am hopeless at it, but my husband-to- be is a wii rock god! Sadly, I need more practice....

Shy - I had that discussion with my boys school! I send lunches because I DO NOT allow the kinds of junk they sell in the canteen. Croissant sandwiches, white bread and cheese (I think it's cheese), sugary juices and chocolate!!!! So I refuse to give them money to buy the stuff. The Social Worker tells me - just give them money to buy a chocolate every day, they are little it won't hurt!!!!!!! Some people - AAARRRGGGGHHHHHHHHH

Kissa - That's sweet! How long have you been married?

emslight - Aren't babies fun!!!! Don't worry it gets better!

Nuss - on the dress fitting!!!

We have been married almost 27 years and lived together for 8.5 before that. Gosh that seems scary!
