Welcome to the board. This is a great website. Everybody offers support and we are all here for the same thing: To lose weight.

I started Atkins Induction on March 24th. I am doing really well this time around. I just turned 40 so I am really motivated to lose weight now. The say the older you get the harder it is to lose.

Feel free to let me know how you are doing or ask any questions.
