OK Folks, time to get serious. I happen to live right by the lovely Nike World Campus here in town. They have an awesome track which is open to the public.

I would like to start walking the track three days a week with others on the same path to health and fitness. If there is any one interested in this PM me ok folks? We can provide IRL support and motivation.

Hiya !

I'm in Tigard near Washington Square. I know I need to do something to get my arse moving I work pretty long days....not sure if I could make it up to the Nike Campus 3x a week ?

I noticed you're doing SB -- how do you like it ? I've contimplated it several times now over the last few years since stopping Atkins and haven't gotten my head around it yet. I have such a dilemma with the LF dairy ! After traditional LC, it just feels wrong. I'd love to hear about your experiences

Heck if you can make it to Nike even once a week its better than nothing. I'm lucky since I literally live across the street from it, I love wearing my kids out on that track.

South Beach works pretty well for me, I'm not losing like I was in the beginning of course but I feel so much healthier. Even though I have gone off plan a few times I still have maintained the healthier habits and its been much easier to stick with than anything else I have ever tried. I like the low fat healthy carb plan, I have no gallbladder and have never been able to digest fats properly since then so this makes life sooo much easier for me.

We should check your schedule and see what we can work out for even a once a week walk around Nike. Its 1.9 miles and usually takes me about 40-55 minutes when the kids are with me, my husband works nights so they are pretty much always with me on weeknights.
