Hello, Anyone here from S Louisiana where the mudbugs run free?
LOL anyway, I would love to hear from you, maybe we can exchange info
or something, it sure is hard to eat gumbo or etouffee without RICE!!!

I am type 2 diabetic and got about 60 -80 lb to lose and on metformin twice a day...

I know what you mean about RICE!!!!! It's the staple for all dishes lol

Hi Ladies, I'm a newbie here and originally from Tickfaw, La. (close to Hammond). I transplanted myself to Ms. 19 years ago when I married but my family is still in La!

Love that cajun cooking!

Hey y'all. I'm from Shreveport but now in Alexandria..heading to New Orleans. Keep going further down south

The food is soooo good I have to resist though!!
