ALONE HERE IN WISCONSIN

Anybody else there?

New to this site, but not new to Low Carb---

Would like a buddy to have a chat or two

We don't have to talk about low carb all the time

There's other stuff in the great big world, isn't there?

Hope to talk to someone soon,

Julie

Hi Julie

Hi,

I am also located in Wisconsin. Where do you live? I am just outside Lone Rock, which is between Spring Green and Richland Center. I did a blog yesterday, if you would like to know more about me.

Feel free to email me anytime concerning low carb or ???

Cathy

Hey cheeseheads! I used to live there, but I moved to Colorado because I was tired of freezing to death. So, of course, I am freezing to death since it is 12 below here

Hey melt, how are your cats doing?

Hi Lizzie...I lived in Kenosha for a couple of years. I went to kindergarten and 1st grade. Used to live in a duplex on Ohio Street.

Hey -
Just happened to look in here and saw your message -

I switched the kittehs to Fancy Feast (no gluten) and to Natural Balance dry (limited ingredient diet formula) - My poor cats didn't know what to do the first few days -
they were always fed dry food all the time - a few "tummy problems", but that seems
to have evened out now - 3 of my 4 cats LOVE eating like this - the other cat is NOT happy, but that's ok, at least she is eating the special dry, so it's a start. The barfys
seemed to be tapering off, too. I am so glad that I read your blog - thanks for all the info.

BTW, my mom now lives in Lake Geneva, but I was born in Milwaukee and raised
near Southridge. Nice to meet you Lizzie.

I'll keep stopping in and saying hi to you all,
Julie

Hi there! Another Wisconsinite here. I recently left "the city" (Madison) for small town life and am now living in Monticello. It's a tiny little town between Monroe and New Glarus.

Cathy -- I know where Lone Rock is! I had a friend in high school who'd moved from there. If I'm not mistaken, she might've moved back there because he Dad had moved back. Also, I'm thinking that 2 guys I work with are from Spring Green or Richland Center. Is that also by Gays Mills?

Oh! That's it! Racine! (I think we were in K-town right before that) I lived close to an elementary school and there was a field nearby that the flood in the winter for an ice skating rink.

Another Wisconsinite here, excuse me while I move some snow ....
Looking for LC support. I've always been thin and it didn't matter what I ate. All that changed after 40 ... this is my first diet and I hate it. I miss my sweets and crunchies!!! I've been doing induction for about 4 weeks now, with one slip up and have lost 10 lbs so far. I'm aiming at 20 more.

Once you get past induction you wil lbe fine. Jicama takes care of my crunchy craving. It's really good with hot Queso dip

Sweets are even easier. I use sugar-free da vinci syrups to sweeten no bake cheese cake YUMM!
