Hi there!

I chatted with SandyinBrooklyn about having a Gathering this winter (the last one was 11/16/02). I suggested last week of Feb. or first week of March.

What do you think???

I am in for Peter Lugar's Steak House. (That was mentioned in the last looooooong NYC thread that we had going).

Looking forward to your comments and suggestions!

I can't be there.

Wow... Peter Lugars... be ready with the cash. Last time I went it was $100 a head for lunch. That paid for steaks and iced tea. Still... I'm envious that you're going.

Hi there.......I'm new to this web-site, but so far I love it!! Nice to meet you both. I live in Queens and would love to get together at any good steak house or seafood place. The end of Feb is fine, or early March, preferably weekends. I am 32, married, and my husband and I started on LC together on Jan 2nd. We have both lost about 10 lbs. and love it! I have NEVER seen him be able to restrict food like he is now, and I have NEVER been so free of food cravings in general, and sugar-cravings specifically. It's a great feeling. So, let me know what's happening......I also wrote back to SandyinBrooklyn. Hope to see you all soon.

Still too early for me.

I saw a Sandy post somewhere that she will be hosting monthly meetings. I'd be interested in April or May. If it doesn't work out ... maybe in the fall?
