i'm actually on a bit of a dieting break, which started on thanksgiving and will end at the first of the year... I know, not good, but i'm trying to be better than i've been on past breaks...whole grain snacks and whatnot..

Hi Trixie.
We moved to Lebanon (just North of cincy) nearly 4 years ago from The St Louis area. Took some getting used to, But I really like it now.
Are you planning to see the Bodies Exhibition?
I saw BodyWorld, and Cincy Was supposed to have Bodyworks, But went the cheap route with this "Body" show. I am kinda disappointed. I'll probably go anyway.

Molly- we moved here from Michigan last January, but we're originally from New York.
My husband's job moves us around. I don't really know how long we'll be here-could be a while. I'm starting to get used to Cincy, but the tri state confuses me a bit. We drove around to many of the suburbs (not sure if they're considered suburbs or bouroughs) when we first got here last winter. We continued our travels through out the summer trying to find the perfect spot for us to settle for a while. We liked Lebanon and many of the older areas closer to the city. For now we think we'll wait out this housing market and stay where we are.

We'll more than likely see the Body Exhibit. We saw the Pirates show during the summer and enjoyed it. We really like the Art Museum in Eden Park,too.

We have moved three times in four years and unfortunately my weight has suffered. I gained a lot! I lost weight about eight years ago doing the Atkins and walking, so I started a version of Atkins in August and am down 54 pounds. I have a mini goal of 25 more pounds by April 13th with an additional 23 by Aug 7th.

Hope everyone has a great end to the weekend.
