Any Lowcarbers in the Albany area?? I would love to have some local support. I am starting Atkins AGAIN because I know it works, but I know I would do better if I had some buddies.

I live in the East Greenbush area. I know I am a food addict and I do well and lose weight if I do not eat sweets and white flour products..in other words low carb meals. I would be interested in meeting and getting a group started for support. Let's see if we get any other's in our area. With all this snow...it might be awhile until we get out on the streets again!! Hi Whyanot: I am from Albany and am starting again. Lost about 40# last year but didn't stick with it and gained it back. Ready to start again and would love to be a buddy. Let me know if you are interested.
