Sorry Shy, we can only hear and sympathise.

But we do care.

In passing, I hate immigration queues, especially in Dubai.

Washing the dishes every day. Wahhhhh. I want my dishwasher and I want it now. Seven people in the house is just too much washing up. I hate it.

Thank you so much Carolyn!

We do take all its good points for granted and are too quick to whinge about its faults...good of you to remind us how very fortunate we are.

My London Fitness First is useless.

The off peak class schedule is a joke. I rely on group fitness for my motivation and the club is not providing it.

This afternoon I am going to check out LA Fitness, Virgin, and David Lloyds.

Trouble is they are much more expensive than FF.

Fed up!

Kay here goes...my first one!!!

Grrrrrr.....the soon to be ex husband who is nasty EVERYDAY despite my attempts to be civil during the divorce and barely lets me speak to my kids.

People who leave their 13-14 year olds home to babysit their 8-9 year old siblings. They fight constantly and lock each other out their flats and kick on the doors to be let in.

My seemingly difficult time in securing a work permit despite having 3 college degrees.....acknowledge me employers....i work so hard on those covering letters!!!!!!

*Yay!!! glad to get that off my chest.

3 degrees I'm impressed with just 1!! Someone out there needs you, just be patient

Kids looking after kids, I know what you mean. It's the same as babies having babies, so upsetting and unnecessary in this day and age (now I sound like my mum . . . )

Throughout my divorce things were horrible with a capital 'H' but believe it or not my ex is good friends now with both my partner and I, it's almost as if we were never married, apart from having my lovely (16 year old) son of course Time changes everything, I stood firm and stayed civil, that way at least you can take the moral high ground.

Cindy it's not that hard actually. A smaller list of food makes it easier for shopping thats for sure. $12 lasts me a week of meals. Dairy and Meat used to drive up my grocery bill and weight.

You are right, the less you have to think about does make it easier. You must be glowing with health.

Clever to meet a Scots male who is a vegan and zen, most of them live on deep fried everything! Sounds like you have a gem.

That isn't a whinge... should have been on one of the other threads, doh!!!!

I got served a summons yesterday to appear for a temporary child support hearing. I know it must be done but I just hate how all the legal papers are so negative. "Failure to appear and you will in contempt of court and a warrant issued for your arrest. You could be in jail for 48 hours before a hearing is held. Please take note!"

This is like the second most stressful period of my life. Right up there with burying my mum while pregnant. (that's another long story).

As a pupil of meditation I know I should remain separate and become an observer to life events good and bad but it's hard. I was doing soooo well. Now I'm back to square one and have to get out of my emotions. I got the papers and got upset because they added MORE stuff to their list of demands.

I'm giving him full rights to my house, paying child support now and still they demand more. I know it's all standard but this is becoming ugly. It didnt have to be like this. He is taking advantage of my way of life. Meaning he knows about my Zen and how I feel about things and he is using it through his lawyer.

I just think he is going about this entirely the wrong way with his extra demands. All his extra demands I have already done voluntarily. It's common sense. I told him "It saddens me that you have sought to bring all this to our lives. It did not have to be like this with lawyers. We walked into this together and we had always said we'd approach lives hardships in the same manner. We could have taken the mediator. We had already sat down and outlined the terms. Then out of anger and bitterness you hired a lawyer. Now look what it has done. It has put us at totally different poles and that's not good because we have children to raise up even though we are no together."

Put it like this, it's like he is fighting me and I'm not fighting. Meaning there is no need to fight. You could have what you wanted without the violence.

But in the end I am thankful for this lesson. It is teaching me about myself. I am obviously back in my emotions because I have placed to much attachment on certain things and I need to explore why that is. If I give then he cannot take. It's so hard to give to a taker though.
