UK/Europe/World - Whinge thread!! - Page 11

Well, the credit card is cancelled and the shirt company never sent the goods from the second order out, so the gits have had no benefit from it in the end. The card has even vanished off my internet banking screen.

I can only think my details were stolen from some place I've ordered things online.

I think I might get a second credit card and use one for online and one for offline - in the shops and stuff. Makes it easier to track down how the details got compromised.

Oh and now I've got to get to the damn post office again to send the parcel back. Freepost though.

Todays whine. Approx 2000 jobs to go here, over three years, though most in year 1. No further details though, and there's consultation with the unions for a while yet. So we're still in limbo here for a while.

What the heck is the deal with the weather? Yesterday we had sunshine, high winds, cold, rain, hail and snow. Today so far there's sunshine, but cold wind and a very short hailstorm that lasted from when I walked out of Tesco, during my walk home, then stopped about two minutes after I got in. Now tell me I shouldn't take that personally! Sun is glaring in the window again now, but I can hear the wind howling. Oh what lovely British bank holiday weather.

Never mind, I'm mostly staying in and working on writing projects this weekend!

Bah, I broke my kitchen scales. Well, the set I like best. I have another one, but that only had 25g increments. Not precise enough for me. So I'll be off to Argos tomorrow. Time for some electronic ones I think. Ultra precision!

She has been good so far. Not eaten anything that she shouldn't. I am getting her a new dog bed.

My eyes are itching and the right one feels like something is in it. I keep tearing up. I hate it when things bloom in spring.

about 6months ago i asked about swimming lessons to help ds perfect his strokes,,, they got back to me last night for him to start today.. oooh i thought he will be so pleased is he??

nooo hes in tears cos he didnt know and he wsa gonna go to his friends etc etc... ok i say i wont book it then, more tears cos he wants to go!!!!!

talk about not being able to win aaaggggggghhhhhhh

which will no doubt only happen if i arrange it all, make sure they have sommat to eat while i am gone, give them my mobile to call when the sh*t hits the fan, sort out all the squabbles when i get back, remind them to do homework, school, bath, solicitor stuff, flat rental, make sure the DVD is set..... shall i go on

why cant i just clear off and know when i get back they will have done all they are supposed to have done without me chivvying them and them arguing

ok i will shut up now am annoying myself with my whinging
