Oh dear ME Kitty... yanno I'm gonna chime in with being in the Clarksville TN/Ft.Campbell KY area.

HI EVERYBODY!!!!

I think a GTG in Nashville is a terrific idea and would love to be there! Definitely count me in! I am approximately a 1 hour drive from the north side of Nash.

Oh, this is wonderful.. maybe we can get a nice group together this summer... I have a few ideas.. like perhaps having lunch in a Low Carb friendly restaurant, and perhaps we could combine it with a trip to the Nashville Farmers Market... (fresh veggies),,,, or something else fun...
We are having to make a trip to Florida next week. My stepson has been diagnosed with brain cancer and has only a few months left. It is very distressing... but Praise God... His mother and I get along almost like sisters. (I wish I could say the same about my step-granddaughter)
I will try to put something together for us when we return... In the meantime... how about letting me know what y'all would like to do for this little GTG..... Oh and BTW, You do not have to be exclusively from Tennessee... everyone is welcome to join in...

This promises to be lots of fun..

I'm sorry to hear about your step-son.

I know there are a couple of others I've seen post that are in our area as well, but maybe haven't been online the past few days. I'll try to keep an eye out for them and point them to this thread.

There are several people from East TN here on LCF. (We used to meet on a regular basis.) I also know there are a few more Nashville area people who haven't posted in this thread yet. (I will keep my eyes open and try to let people know.)

If the get together is on a Saturday some of us from Knoxville might be able to carpool over!

I have no problems making the reservations, getting everyone driving directions, etc.

So far I'm voting for Chef Raymond's, The Chop House or The Bonefish Grill.
