I see I was right it is Tuesday. We will be thinking of you and looking forward to seeing you back here soon afterwards.

Well done on the walking Lou. That is good for you on so may levels, the food is a different issue really.

I am getting to classes most days, though not today.

Weights tomorrow followed by hair colouring! Then off to stay with a friend in Winslow, wine will be taken! Boot camp have been warned.

Then my sister is taking me to Champneys for a night! Only found out yesterday and I am so excited. I have never done anything like that before. Food will be easy for once! Hope to have some nice treatments and some classes.

So won't be around til Saturday. Have fun with the trainer lou...

Well...I am getting my walking in daily. I am going to tell my dad I want to add an extra few minutes. Today I was extra tired. I am trying to get to curves this week, but I have not had anything to drive. One car has been in the shop and the other was loaded down with wood for a treehouse.

I've forgotten how to 'wibble'!!!###!#

New job getting in the way - oh yes and life at weekends. Today I managed to leave the office on time - first time! and could have gone to the gym - but had to get home for something - oh well!!! Next week is another week.

Can't do it this weekend - we're away up the 'winery' mountain!!!! with a crowd of friends (and their children) - maybe if we're back in time I can hit the gym on Sunday afternoon!

Soon - I'm hoping to change my hours to 8-4 not 9-5 - that will work much better!

Okay! I read the posts..got motivated and ripped off the plastic off one of my many exercise video. I chose Stott Pilates Beginning workout today. I did 22 exercise.

It still had the plastic on because when I first bought them I had too much belly fat to do anything. Today I did good. I actually got into the positions. Now muscle control is another issue. I have like 30% muscle control meaning my muscles are like puddin!!! LOL

But hey you have to start somewhere. Yay! I exercised!!!! Now just gotta keep it up!

Good for you I'm with you.

I know what you mean about the midriff, when I went to the gym and the trainer wanted me to run/jogette it hurt when I bobbed up and down It's not so bad now but it's still uncomfortable. I don't know how those contestants in the biggest loser feel . . .although I can hazzard a good guess!!

Quick question how do you work out muscle control? It sounds interesting and I'm always looking for a new way of looking at my fitness/weight rather than relying on the scale thing!

My trainer reckons that I'm about 26% fat, which is waaaaaaay different than the 35% the machine said I was before, this means I've hit my target of 33% or less!! He thinks the first reading was off because my water intake was down on the day? Not sure that I understand that but I'll take it after all he is a professional

I'm not at the gym tonight but I will go tomorrow and do a full circuit!!

I was tortured by my personal trainer - although I have to admit - I do kind of love being manhandled (in the stretch phase) by a man 20 years my DH's junior (hee hee hee)!!

Bench-pressed 40kgs = 89.6lbs
Leg-pressed - 175Kgs = 392lbs

Go me!!!!
Now just got to up my cardio and class attendance!!
