I must admit I'm not that patient, a patient either!!

I’ve done 100 sit-ups this morning and some strengthening arm exercises, that's me for the day, more tomorrow.

Well I'm the worst of the bunch!!! No excuses - except mammoth house preparations for visitors!!!

Mum - there's a Combat class on at 9.30 am when you arrive next week - you should be ready for it after a night flight from Singapore???

What's combat class? Like kickboxing or martial arts?

Is Combat good for jetlag?

Yeah - it's a little like taebo, boxing and kicking etc, I think!!! I don't do it - I think it looks way too difficult - and I do Pump and Jam (sounds like something terrible)!!! But Mum loves it. Don't know how good it is for Jet Lag - but if she doesn't want to do that - she could do the Pump class at 10.30???

Ladies I am glad to be back. I have missed you all loads. I was up very early this morning. Funny how early the sun comes up. So I am going to get my butt out of bed and walk before work. I know I will feel better. Tomorrow will be my first day. I will let you know how it goes.

I haven't been posting about exercise because I'm not really doing any structured type, just lots of working outside.

Gardening, yard cleanup, farm work. I've been getting lots of exercise hauling buckets of feed and water, dragging gates around, carting around bales of hay and 25 kilo bags of food, cleaning out animal pens, sweeping floors. There is always something to do around here, so just making sure I do something till I get sweaty!

Maid that is really hard work.

I so over slept this morning. I was 20 minutes late for work. I was so tired yesterday. But I did pull the guy at the customer service desk at Tesco yesterday. HeeHee

What do you mean you pulled the guy at Tesco? Does that mean you had him fired or that you actually grabbed him and roughed him up a bit?

I love the term 'pulled' - I normally don't do that sort of thing - as an honest married woman!! but we did have a laugh on the night of the Millenium New Year's Eve. We were on a ski-ing trip in Germany and we went to a great Irish Bar (sad I know! but it was the happening place) - it was a fantastic night, great music, champers at midnight and the fireworks over the mountain tops - plus it started to snow that lovely snow at midnight! Anyway - I 'pulled' in front of my DH and our entire crowd - The Village Idiot and a Rugby Gorilla - on separate occaions on the night - didn't even try - I felt so privileged (not!!!) - my DH & friends spent most of the night laughing at my expense!

Vicky that is too cute.

Maid~ Thanks for asking. My emotions are all over the place. I am trying to make decisions without being full of emotion. Sometimes being a grown up is so hard.
