It'll be the blind leading the blind a bit but here goes . . .

Choose the photos that you want to post and make them thumbnails.
They probably need resizing, so right click on the photo to re-size it,
Go to resize and click it.
I choose medium (you get thumbnails)
The picture you've just re-sized appears at the bottom of your list
Save

Decide where you're going to post piccies, then start new post
There is an attachments paper clip, click it
Browse your computer, then upload the photo you made smaller
When it's done it will say, then close that window
The attachment won't appear in your message (that threw me the first time )
At the bottom if you scroll down it will say manage attachments, if it's attached it will show here. Hey presto!!!!

Someone say if I missed anything . . .

P.s. Go to the gym NOW!!

Just checked them out. You are looking great, although I was disappointed not to see your bum again.

p.s. I can see your ying-yang. umm...tattoo I mean.

ETA: who called me Earth Mother? I prefer the term 'Granola Mom', LOL. Yes, I'm sorta hippish. I did the whole natural childbirth, cloth nappy, over year of breastfeeding, baby sling wearing, make your own baby food routine. Loved every minute of it! I still make some of our own bread and lots of jam, just can't eat it now. This summer I may try to make some SF black currant jam, just gotta figure out how? I usually make red raspberry, gooseberry, black currant and black raspberry jams over the summer. Right now I am making a rhubarb tart for my FIL who is going to miss Easter this year since he is going in for surgery on Saturday to get a hip replaced.

Both dead easy!! It's self explanatory really, it just says add pictures, browse your computer then upload . . .

Click on my name <---------------- Gallery to the left. The images may be pending approval. Not flattering at all but stages of me slimming, I'll keep taking them in the same outfit until I reach goal, I think you've seen them.

I have some more that I'll upload after Easter, they are humungous!!!!!

Did you try freezing the jam? i was thinking of freezing them in small portions because I wouldn't use it up before it goes off. Or maybe just freeze the berries and make small batches to eat fresh throughout the year?

Ever make LC cobbler with the berries? I made one with rhubarb last spring, was sooooo good. Rhubarb and splenda in a dish, topped with a mixture of almond flour, a little heavy cream, splenda, dash cinnamon. bake till done and top with more whipped cream. I have no amounts, I made it up myself.

I might just make this again for Easter.....

noo didnt think of freezing it duuuh me lol...dont see why it wouldnt work tho

.. u could freeze the fruit but it took a fair bit of rapid boiling to get it thick so might be labour intensive

yum to the cobbler i used to love them pre-atkins.. not a fan of rhubarb mind but could do it with berries... having said that i might even like rhubarb now as my tastes have changed so much... need to add that recipe to our favourite eats thread maid

wibble challenge log....spent 10mins pumping up a air mattress double one surely that must count as well ?? lol

I did more jobs around the farm and OMG am I sore and exhausted. We (DH and I) were out there for hours and hours. Lugging around 16 ft gates, stacking bales of hay, putting up sheepwire to keep the goats in (should be called goatwire, lol). Moving water troughs. My legs feel all wobbly this evening. Guess that means I got my exercise in for today.

I am noticing more energy and stamina lately, so that is a good side effect. But still no exercising high yet.

The only thing I exercised today was my drinking arm! Third bottle champagne, half bottle red wine.

Never mind I am going to the gym in the morning.

Natural childbirth was the only way in Kuwait in 1966 and no husbands allowed. Didn't breast feed as Downs babies have tongue problems and once I was told she was Downs the milk dried up.

When Mint was born 22 months later I was too used to the convenience of bottles... not a granola Mum!

3 and 1/2 bottles of booze-whoa! slow down Kissa! Save some for me!

How many children do you have, two girls? And what brought you to Kuwait?

I'll let you in on a secret. I'm not that fond of pain. When I went into have my first, I was determined to have him naturally, no drugs. After my labor was induced, I began to have second thoughts. Then about 15 minutes before he arrived, I was BEGGING for drugs, but they wouldn't give me any so close to delivery. If I had known he was coming soon, I wouldn't have panicked, but I thought I had a whole days worth of labour ahead of me. From induction to birth for my first baby was less than four hours.

With the next baby, I told my dh to remind me when if I got scared again and he did. I had that baby less than 3 hrs after labour began and without drugs. I am lucky I inherited quick childbirth from my mom and not just the fat genes.

I'm hoping she meant just 1/3 of a bottle of champagne - but I can't be certain.

There's just the 2 of us Maid - I'll let Mum explain her Kuwait connection - I have my own having just finished living there for almost 8 years!! Might be going back - but we're aiming for somewhere else in the Gulf.

I'm still not convinced. We're missing some important parts of speech in that sentence.

I have some nice red wine for Easter. I'm not a big drinker, but I do like wine now and again. My dh was given this particular bottle from a friend in France. We decided to save it for a special occasion. Hope it's nice.

It really was a third of a bottle.

Honest.

Had a bit more since then.

Get thee to the gym!

I managed a 3 mile walk along the coast yesterday in the most perfect weather.

Got to the gym to a Body combat class this morning before preparing lunch for 9. Mad.

Feeling fat!

I’ve been good this morning, 150 sit-ups and some gentle weights to tone my arms. I’m wearing my ankle weights all day at work too.

Well done to all for keeping up with the exercise at the weekend!
